About Sara Shinault
Sara Shinault, MSN, WHNP-BC, is a dedicated and board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to women across the lifespan. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lewis University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Regis College, where she specialized in women’s health.
As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Sara is passionate about empowering women to prioritize their health and well-being. She believes in fostering collaborative relationships with her patients, creating a supportive environment where women feel heard, informed, and confident in their healthcare decisions.

I am a very nervous patient but Sara made sure she explained everything step by step. I felt very comfortable the entire time. She listened to me, validated me, and ensured my concerns would be addressed and not brushed off like I’ve experienced in the past with other providers.

I had my first gynecology appointment and was extremely scared and nervous going into it. Sarah was absolutely amazing and made the entire experience so much better than I expected. She took the time to talk me through everything that was going to happen and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable.
Before doing anything, she explained exactly what she was going to do, which really helped calm my nerves. She also checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was okay and asked if I was in any pain, which made me feel very cared for and comfortable.
She was patient, gentle, and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. That meant a lot to me, especially since it was my first visit.
I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Sarah to anyone who may be feeling nervous about their appointment. She truly made a stressful situation feel much easier.
