Our appointments was for 8am.We took care of our New patient information and was quickly processed. Great hospitality and professionalism from the beginning of our visit through the end for me and both of my daughters.It was great also because they had a play area for my granddaughter. We was out of the office by 9:15 Very efficient !

She talk and explains everything very well. Give U time to ask questions. Evaluates Your needs and has correct treatment knowledge. She has her specialities but she will also refer U if that is needed for eyes too.

She has received certification as a specialist in the care of glaucoma and holds professional memberships with the Texas Optometric Association and the Harris County Optometric Society. Dr. Newhouse operates out of Elite Vision Care, where she strives protect her patients’ vision, so that they can see as well as possible for as long as possible.
For her undergraduate degree, Dr. Newhouse attended West Texas A&M University at Canyon. She pursued her medical education at the University Of Houston College Of Optometry. After completing her medical degree, Dr. Newhouse served as an adjunct professor at the University. Since then, she has been recognized for her excellence in practice, including being named Young Optometrist of the Year for 2010 by the Texas Optometric Society.

Dr. Newhouse is awesome! My son has severe astigmatism, making it difficult to find a contact that works well. She worked with my son for months adjusting the brand of contacts to ensure he could wear them easily and with the best possible vision.

She is an incredible clinician! Very thorough and professional yet extremely understanding and competent. We can not believe that we are so blessed to have found her to oversee our eye care just after moving to Texas from another state. She spent so much time with us and carefully answered all of our concerns. We are being referred to the surgeon that she recommends over our daughter's recommendation because we have that much trust in her professional judgment. Her staff similarly displays the same kindnesses and competence that is demonstrated from the top down. Words cannot express the value of their services to our family.

When I arrived at the office they did not have an appointment for me. I told them I booked through ZocDoc and they had not been notified of my appointment and they said they don't have any 9:40 appointments. They did get me in to see her and I would recommend her. She was very good and very through. I do not think I will recommend ZocDoc and I won't use you again. Thank you
