I've been dealing with ear pain for almost two years and have been misdiagnosed by two different providers, Dr. Nguyen was able to immediately discover a foreign object in my ear and cleared it out providing me the first true relief I've had in ages.
Excellent service and phenomenal care.
All staff in the clinic was very kind and courteous.

Dr. Nguyen attended Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR, for her undergraduate studies. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She completed her internship in Otolaryngology/Facial Plastic Surgery and her residency in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Missouri, Columbia.
Dr. Nguyen's fascination with science from an early age, combined with her desire to work with people, led her to pursue a career in medicine. As a general otolaryngologist, she enjoys all aspects of the field and particularly likes working with the youngest patients. She is committed to building solid, long-lasting relationships with her patients and believes a visit to the doctor should alleviate anxiety and answer questions.
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Nguyen grew up in Portland, OR. In her spare time, she enjoys chasing after her dog, Wilbur, and overwatering her houseplants. She also loves hiking in the forest, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

The best ENT doctor I’ve ever had and I have seen a number over the past 8 years. The first one to ever explain everything, show photos to help visually explain things, and ensure I understood what was going on with my ear. I wish I had her as my ENT doctor from the very beginning of my ear issues.

Dr. Bich was somewhat understanding, but unfortunately, the communication could have been much better. I’ve been dealing with an ongoing throat issue, and despite the fact that two weeks have passed, I still haven’t received my results or a response. While the wait time was quick and the office staff was very friendly, I didn’t feel heard during my visit. It felt like my concerns were dismissed, and I left feeling shut down. I hope the practice can improve its communication in the future, as I won’t be returning for another visit.

The reason you see a specialist...is because you need someone specialized in that area and this physician will not disappoint you in her knowledge. She does have a particular way of asking questions to aid in diagnosis and it is best to answer those questions before digressing into your own narrative.

The doctor did not seem to understand for what reasons I was there and I had to correct her multiple times. She dismissed all of my symptoms, told me that she couldn’t help me and suggested that I did not try to schedule a follow-up appointment. It was a very bizarre and unpleasant experience, and as an added bonus I was overcharged for my visit.
