Doctor was amazing. Her bad side manner was great. She listens and is very personable. Nurse left the door COMPLETELY open when she left the room WHILE I WAS NAKED ON THE EXAM TABLE. I had to get up and close it myself while still unclothed. Very unprofessional and humiliating.

Very nice office and doctor. My husband and I will be making Dr. B (her nickname from us) our PCP from here on out. She listens and communicate very effectively and makes us feel comfortable. She reassured my husband about losing weight and getting back healthy to get rid of his diabetes. Glad to had found her on zoc doc!

I had an appointment and they told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with me but she prescribed me some medication which did not work. And for the whole appointment I was charged twice the amount I would’ve paid for that kind of appointment after my insurance. I’m sorry but I can never recommend this provider i wasted my money for something that did not work and I was overcharged. I wish I could have my money back. 1 week later, I decided to see another provider and she figured what was wrong with me and prescribed some medication which worked within 2days and I was perfectly fine and for all that, i paid three times less than what I paid with doctor Patel. I don’t recommend.

Dr. Patel was very kind and understanding. She has really good bedside manner and a comforting demeanor. Also, she was very welcoming along with the other staff! I am definitely choosing her as my primary.
