Dr. Chun is a board-certified OB/GYN with over twenty years experience in medicine. He currently treats patients at Northern Essex Women’s Health, his private practice in Lawrence, MA.
Dr. Chun’s years of experience as a physician, advisor, coach, and caregiver to women have given him unique insight into the challenges women face, and in particular, the challenges women face as they transition into middle age. He is passionate about helping people live better lives through better health, and this point of view motivates all his current ventures, from his medical practice, to his weight loss program, to AskGyn.com, his new medical question and answer site.
His interest in the latest medical technologies has led him to become a leading provider of robotic surgery in New England. Dr. Chun is also a published author. His book, Don’t Give a Damn: How to Cope With the Fears, Challenges, and Frustrations of Daily Life, explores the philosophy that has helped him achieve his own personal life balance. His soon-to-be-published Women’s Health Handbook is a medical reference of common tests, conditions, and health concerns, geared specifically to the needs of women over 40.
