I appreciated the use of an iPad type device to enter information to the system in the office
Soon after that was completed I was taken back to meet with the doctor who was professional and thorough
I was very impressed with the overall experience

There was a mix up. Zocdoc let me schedule for a morning appt but Botox is only done between 2-8. So I had to come back at 5:45 to see that dr but everyone was very nice

Dr. Toome’s practice was established in 1990. She and her entire staff are dedicated to the art of dermatology…We specialize in all diseases of the skin, hair and nails. We have 13 lasers on site to treat aging skin, acne scars, acne, broken blood vessels, leg veins, freckles and laser hair removal, as well as tattoo removal. We offer Botox® as well as Radiesse®, Sculptra® and Restylane® for facial rejuvenation…In addition to our physician and physician assistants, we have a team of state board licensed aestheticians on staff to administer medical grade skincare treatment and educate you on the latest in cutting edge skincare.

I waited almost an hour to be called back, then the tech who brought me back made me feel uncomfortable and like she didn't want to be there. Then I waited another 10 minutes before the doctor came in. She was in the room less than a minute, and then I felt like it was a sales pitch for procedures they have and products the office sells. I chose this office because they had an opening that was convenient but as soon as the aesthetitian came in and told me to meet her up front to look at products they sold, I just wanted to leave. I'll never come back to this office or to this doctor.

I was very pleased with the conversation with the Nurse Practitioner who was very professional and comforting, however I was very unhappy with the wait time. I had a scheduled 8AM appointment, appeared a few minutes prior to my appointment,had completed all the new patient info on ZocDoc in advance but still waited over 30 minutes to be seen.
I scheduled the 8AM appointment to not interfere with my employment.
I am hopeful future appointments are more time sensitive as that will determine my future return visits.

17 people were in the waiting room at the same time, standing room only. Only Dr. Toome was in the office, no other doctors or nurse practitioners on duty. Receptionist said Zocdoc is not compatible with their office appointment system and tried to send me home even though I had the confirmation with me. Stated repeatedly that booking through Zocdoc is not compatible and I should have called the office. I suggested if that is the case, they need to remove it from their website. Many people complained and were walking out. Waited close to 2 hrs before seen. Dr. Toome didn't apologize and spent all of 25 seconds in the room and left us to her assistants. Thankfully my insurance pays for the visit and I didn't pay out of pocket.

Heard good things about her...went for a visit and it was crowded so I thought that was a good sign, I didn't wait too long. But she came in with a team of people she introduced quickly, spoke quickly, never touched my face. I came looking for ways to get rid of the acne scars left over from high school, she gave me 4+ medicines to treat the two pimples on my face that day, didn't explain what they are, what they do, how it could interact with other medications I may have been taking OR my diet, told me to use them and come back, then I could have what I wanted in the first place. Then she left. The receptionist asked me if I wanted to schedule a follow-up to which I replied, "Nope!" and walked right out the door, trashing those prescriptions behind me.

we arrived early to do paperwork. weren't given the paperwork to quite a bit later. and eventually had to wait over 2 hours!! as we got to talking with the people surrounding us, they stated that the wait is always long, but this was crazy. they ran out of chairs in the waiting room. we asked shy and were told that dr. had a surgery problem, but when we got to the room the nurse told us that they were having computer issues. we should have been called and warned of the wait and given the chance to reschedule. once in the room, the dr. blew in and 'diagnosed' daughter in 15 seconds and started rattling off medications that she was going to put her on without even asking the right questions about her history. very disappointed and would not return

The nurse was great. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable but she did not want to spend much time with us. She said what she had to say and rushed out. The nurse is actually the one that took time and explained my son's condition and how to treat it.

I would never go back. Horrible wait time. Doctor is rude and unprofessional. Prescriptions were not covered by my insurance and had to get new prescriptions.

Unfortunately, this was my initial office visit, and I had to wait 2 hours before I was able to see the physician. Everyone was very pleasant. My mind was put at ease by the physician. She was able to give me the info I needed. I will have to decide if waiting 2 hours for an office visit that lasted all of five minutes is worth my time to schedule another appointment.

Worst front desk staff I have ever had to deal with; rude, impolite, pushy and had no regard for their patients. The doctor was ok. Although after waiting over an hour to see her, I'd have expected more than 3 minutes in her exam room. She doesn't get her hands dirty, so be prepared to make a costly appointment with the esthetician. Overall, probably would not recommend.

It was fine. When you have a late day appointment you have to expect that there will be some wait time from all the patients before you. My expectation is that the Dr. is thorough. This takes time. The wait was OK with me.

For the amount of time I had to wait, and also booking thru Zocdoc, and them not even having my appt. registered, I was not thrilled. I do understand that she did put me in the schedule relatively quickly, but after waiting 85 minutes before seeing her, she treated me in less than 8 minutes (I did time it). Her bedside manner was decent, and she did not talk down to me, which I find most doctors do. I think she just overbook her schedule...my time is just as important as hers!
