About Dr. Emily Correia

Dr. Emily Correia is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in medical and procedural dermatology. She completed her dermatology residency at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and dedicated an additional research year to the study of cutaneous lymphoma, furthering her expertise in complex skin conditions. Dr. Correia received her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University Sidney Kimmel Medical College, where she completed both her training and residency. Prior to medical school, she earned her undergraduate degree from Boston College. Her thorough educational background and clinical training have prepared her to provide exceptional dermatologic care across a broad range of medical conditions and perform surgical procedures. Dr. Correia is originally from Rhode Island and is a proud first-generation college graduate and the first in her family to become a physician. She currently lives with her husband and cat and is an avid home cook. Outside of patient care, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling and spending time with loved ones.
