I would recommend Dr. Kaur to anyone. She listened and came up with a treatment plan while also asking the right questions. The staff is also excellent. Everyone is patient, kind and you are always met with a smile by the front desk receptionist.

Birinder J. Kaur, MD received her Medical Degree from Lady Hardinge Medical College, a premier medical institute in New Delhi, India. Dr. Kaur remained there for her internship. Later, she served as Staff Physician at the Healing Touch Hospital in New Delhi, where she gained extensive experience in her field of Internal Medicine.
In 1993, Dr. Kaur moved to Oman, where she was Staff Physician at Sultan Qaboos Hospital's ER and Ambulatory Medicine Departments. It was there that she gained invaluable insight in managing all phases of patient care. For her postgraduate education, Dr. Kaur moved to the United States in 1998, serving her residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine/Jersey City Medical Center Program in Jersey City, New Jersey. Upon completion of her residency, Dr. Kaur began practicing at Middle Town Medical in upstate New York, where she worked in internal medicine and began her training in aesthetics, starting at the Hair and Vein Institute in Mineola, NY. She has also attended multiple workshops on aesthetics in New York, New Jersey, Houston and India, extending her expertise in various fields of aesthetic medicine.
She is now practicing advanced aesthetic medicine and primary care at Healing Touch Medical in Ridgewood, New Jersey.
Dr. Kaur is committed to providing the highest level of care in primary medicine and preventive health to her patients. She is a Fellow of the IMA College of General Practitioners, Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians.
