“The doctor I saw was great, and even though my wait time was more than an hour, I understand that things happen. I will say that the nurse / medical assistant who saw me prior to the doctor coming in had a terrible bedside manner and got annoyed when I asked her to clarify some of the questions she was asking. Overall, I would recommend this place for the doctor. ”

My experience with this doctor was one of the best experiences with a doctor that I have ever had with any doctor. She took the time to listen to understand what was going on with me. She took the time to figure out what medication what diagnosis and had to proceed with what I have going on. I highly recommend her. She is one of the nicest doctors I have ever dealt with. She was not trying to get off the phone with me as fast as she could. She was very courteous, very helpful very respectful. I definitely look forward to working with this doctor for many many years to come.

This was my first time visiting this office and I was so impressed on how easy the check in process was. Since I completed all the necessary forms online there wasn’t much for them to ask for which shorted my wait time in the lobby which was only around 10 minutes before they took me to the room. I was seeing quickly, and the doctor asked me questions. Listen to my concerns, which made me feel very comfortable. I like the fact that he took the time to talk to me. Overall, my visit was great, friendly staff, and great doctor. I’m definitely going back. ?

I understand that it’s an urgent care as well as a clinic, I made an appointment for my annual pap smear. Once I came in for my appointment I noticed a lot of people in the waiting room. I asked if I’ll be seen within the next 30 min, because I made an appointment. Front desk was very nice and professional but she did not give me enough details regarding how long of the wait, but what I understood clearly was that the people in the waiting room will be seen before me, no matter if they walked in with or without an appt.

I was incredibly grateful they were able to see me on such short notice. After a frustrating experience at another office—where I waited over two hours for a simple appointment—I walked out and came here instead. What a difference! I was taken back right on time, and both the doctor and nurse were warm, attentive, and efficient. The entire visit took less than 20 minutes. This is officially my new go-to spot for urgent feminine care!

When I walked in for my booked appointment no one else was in the waiting room yet I waited over 30 minutes to be called in and then I waited another 10 minutes inside . I was not happy about this. The staff was friendly and the provider was good although not an MD which doesn't bother me.

I was hesitant at first but it was a very clean location, Stephanie the receptionist was AMAZING, I was seen very quickly, literally the entire staff was great.
I would absolutely recommend and return!
