“The doctor I saw was great, and even though my wait time was more than an hour, I understand that things happen. I will say that the nurse / medical assistant who saw me prior to the doctor coming in had a terrible bedside manner and got annoyed when I asked her to clarify some of the questions she was asking. Overall, I would recommend this place for the doctor. ”

Received a ton of “please confirm appointment” texts prior to my appointment. Confirmed them all. Filled out forms. My appointment was at 10:20am. I arrived at 10:17am. There was no receptionist for the first 15 minutes of me being there. Once the receptionist saw me, she asked me to fill out some forms. Took me two minutes to fill them out, but then she was gone for another 15 minutes. When she was there, she loudly discussed another patient’s tests, insurance coverage, costs, and pregnancy. Come 10:45 and I still saw no receptionist. I had to just leave to make my other appointment because I wasn’t sure when I would see the receptionist or the doctor. At 10:52am I get a call from the receptionist asking if I would be showing or if she should just check me out. Got seen by no one.

Unfortunately, I cannot speak to the efficacy of the facility or doctors as I never made it past the receptionist, Aryana. From the moment I walked in, this woman had an attitude and did not create an environment where anyone would feel comfortable going into such an intimate exam.
My insurance was not verified beforehand, so my time was wasted as she “tried” (being very generous there) to verify my insurance AFTER I was already present. Anyone who works in healthcare knows how complicated insurance can be - it’s by design of the insurance industry - but is not the fault of anyone but the industry; definitely not the patient’s fault.
I work in healthcare so I knew this, and thoroughly explained to her how things work with PPO plans, but she could not be bothered to do anything more than her standard running numbers through a system.That a little more is sometimes required should be of no surprise to anyone working in healthcare, but for Aryana, taking another step was too much to bear.

Even with an appointment you’re still going to have to wait a while so just go to your primary care if it isn’t an emergency because they don’t get you in and out.

My experience with this doctor was one of the best experiences with a doctor that I have ever had with any doctor. She took the time to listen to understand what was going on with me. She took the time to figure out what medication what diagnosis and had to proceed with what I have going on. I highly recommend her. She is one of the nicest doctors I have ever dealt with. She was not trying to get off the phone with me as fast as she could. She was very courteous, very helpful very respectful. I definitely look forward to working with this doctor for many many years to come.
