The doctor was ok, highly upset I couldn't get my lab work done since the person who draws the blood was gone or left. That should be stated that lab work is not available after a certain time. Then they told me to go to Labcorp and its not even open.

Practitioner Blanca Gomez was very disappointing and raised concerns about transparency and professionalism. I waited over 45 minutes past my scheduled time with no clear communication or apology. Her “video visits” are actually consultations and recommendations, which are not clearly disclosed before scheduling—something patients deserve to know in advance. Throughout the interaction, her bedside manner was unprofessional and lacked empathy, leaving me feeling dismissed rather than cared for. Communication was minimal, and there was no genuine effort to listen to or address my concerns. I value honesty and professionalism in healthcare, and this experience fell far short of those standards. Based on my encounter, I can not recommend Nurse Practitioner Blanca Gomez and will be filing a formal complaint with the FSMB for review and accountability.

This is not my usual primary care doctor. I booked the appt because I had an uncomfortable issue that I wanted a fast solution for. I was unable to quickly secure an appt with my usual primary care doctor so I opted to just choose a doctor that had an available appointment right away. Hence my appointment at this clinic.
I have mixed feelings about how to review this provider. On one side, her advice to me was correct and she was in a limited capacity to help me with the problem I really had. I walked out of her office with a different problem than I had walked in with. The issue that brought me in her office did not get fixed and that was initially very frustrating to me. However, her advice to go straight to the ER was correct overall.
All of that being said, I dislike the way I was treated during my visit. I felt weight shamed to be honest. Also, this clinic overcharges for its services so I don’t recommend going here. I won’t return in the future and I cannot recommend it.
