I went to Dr. Mozafari after someone told me he did wonders for their hip after a year of doing physial therapy with no real improvement. That's my nightare. I do the work and nothing changes. Dr. Mozafari instilled confidence in the first visit that he could help and gave me a timeline for when I should see noticeable improvement. And he had delivered. My back is feeling much better and it has given me hope that other pains I have can be worked through and improve my quality of life

After years of treating patients in the St. Louis area upon graduating from Logan University with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree - where he also earned his bachelor's - Dr. Bobby Mozafari decided to move back to Montgomery County to pursue his dream of opening a chiropractic clinic specializing in physical therapy exercises in his hometown of Olney, MD. He also completed advanced training in Chiropractic Orthopedics at the University of Pittsburgh.
From childhood through adulthood, Dr. Mozafari played soccer. His love for sports, combined with growing up with engineer parents, fueled his admiration and appreciation for the structure, form, and tensions required within the human body to function properly, especially as they relate to sports. He is proud to be the only sports chiropractor currently practicing in Olney.

Highly recommend! Dr. Bobby and his staff are fantastic! I have had lower back and hip issues for quite some time which have been getting progressively worse. After a hip that’s been replaced twice and two back surgeries, multiple epidurals and RFAs, I had lost hope and some mobility. After being told by the ortho that a fusion was my next step, I sought out another option and found Integrated. With time and dedication, I am better than I have been in a very long time. The PT folks are excellent and you get 1-1 attention, something that doesn’t happen in any other place I’ve been. Dr. Bobby spent so much time with me to discuss my issues and design a treatment plan. We touch base and he adjusts as/if needed after every visit. And it’s making a difference! If you have a choice, pick Integrated and Dr. Bobby!

"It takes a village" doesn't just apply to raising kids, it also takes a village to raise a Mom! I've always been active, but after a twin pregnancy during the pandemic, I found myself in need of some rehab. Dr. Bobby and his team took great care of me. After a thorough exam where I had time to ask my questions, I started to work with rehab assistants weekly. It gave me the chance to slow down so I could work with my body instead of continuing to suffer through pain. They welcomed questions and met me where I was each visit. If I was in pain, we adjusted. If I was feeling particularly good that day, we stepped it up. My self confidence improved. I've learned how to manage my pain, work with my body. The coolest part about ISSR is how they helped shift my perspective on taking care of myself. Finally dealing with my physical pain freed me up to continue enjoying other parts of my life, playing with my kids! Thank you Dr. Bobby and everyone at Integrated Sport Spine Rehab.

After years of seeing a different chiropractor/physical therapy team without much improvement, I switched to Dr. Bobby and it has truly made all the difference. He and his team are attentive, listening to each issue presented and providing a variety of treatments and exercises to continue to work on at home to see improvement. While other doctors diagnosed my general problem and offered help that only sustained for a few weeks at a time, Dr. Bobby was able to prescribe the right tests that ultimately led to uncovering all the issues causing my trouble in the first place. On days of setbacks, he and his team are incredibly supportive: reminding me to be kind to myself, that regaining muscle takes time, and that the occasional bad day does not take away the improvements I've made. With Dr. Bobby I have seen a drastic improvement in my mobility and therefore my quality of life within the past year, and I have tools to sustain that beyond his office. I am incredibly grateful!

Dr. Mozafari is the best there is. He is an excellent diagnostician and got to the root of my problems immediately and treated them accordingly instead of just treating my symptoms. He diagnosed a congenital hip defect in my husband after years of searching for answers to my husband's foot pain. He is personable and a very kind and compassionate provider.

How fortunate that I didn't have to go all the way to D.C. or any other spiffy area to get my shoulder rehabilitated. Dr. Mozafari is laser focused and all about finding the root cause of the problem rather than just fixing the problem for the short term. He's competent and methodical in diagnosing and his mannerisms are impeccable! He greets his patients regularly and makes rounds on the floor to ensure that his patients are doing well. You have questions? Dr. Mozafari will take the time to answer them. Dr. Mozafari's great and caring personality are also reflected in his staff. The moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and a hello. A simple gesture, but for me the impact is huge! It sets the tone for what my day is going to be like. The staff acknowledge patients when they are running few minutes late! On a final note, Sport, Spine and Rehab is not just about rehabilitation/therapy. You can also come here for preventative measures and holistic health!

Dr. Mozafari was very thorough in his exam. He was able to diagnose correctly the spine issues I had been having and a treatment plan to help correct the issue. He is very informative and made sure I understood everything he was saying. He is the only chiropractor I trust.

The Expertise and Top Quality Service at the ISSR Olney location is AMAZING.
I had been dealing with a Sport Injury that lingered for over 4 months .
Luckily I was referred to Dr Mozafarri who only needed few minutes to diagnose my issue and address it in a manner that the pain was gone by the next day .
On Number Other Occasions following that issue resolution , he had been quick to diagnose and mend my often occurring sport related strains and ailments. Always able to make the pain go away in record time .
I highly recommend their Expertise and I'm excited to know that I have a trusted place to go to anytime I would need similar Support.

After being seen by other practices and not getting good results, I went to Dr Mozafari and finally got the help I needed that actually worked! If you need chiropractic care or physical therapy, Dr Mozafari is who you need to see! You will not be disappointed! I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Bobby and his team are great! The years have caught up with me after being a wrestler, football player, cyclist, and worst of all 10 years as a truck driver/mover. A month or so ago I couldn’t sleep because of back pain. Within a few minutes Bobby diagnosed my problem and prescribed some daily exercises to do, as well as PT at his facility. I’m only a week in and now I can sleep through the night (except for getting up to pee at 2:00am b/c I’m old now - sorry for the TMI), and feel much better. I’m not done, but all of the treatment is going well.
Also, I have somewhat of a phobia of going to doctors, but I’m glad I went here. I knew I should have made the appointment weeks before I did, but I kept putting it off thinking it would pass. I finally gave in to the pain and made the appointment. So glad I did….

Bobby Mozafari and his team are one of the best in the area for both PT and chiropractic. The diagnostics and types of therapy available are exceptional, current, and cutting edge. Individualized treatment plans are put into place so that your recovery takes place in both the facility as well as at home. I can’t say enough about this practice. They are top notch!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bobby. Not only is he INCREDIBLY knowledgeable, but he is able to break things down into easy to understand terms to help me truly understand what is going on with my body, the course of treatment, and why it is necessary help my body heal.
I am a professional contortionist and circus acrobat so as you can imagine I put my body through a lot. Over the years I have experienced many injuries due to the intense nature of my sport, and most of the other medical professionals I have seen have advised me to stop my passion all together. However, Dr. Mozafari has worked with me very closely to help me stay healthy and continue to pursue my passion. I have him to thank for being able to continue my career.
I have also referred many of my online contortion students, (many of whom he has worked with virtually over zoom) and through his skilled diagnostics, and explanation of exercises has helped them get back to their training safely and efficiently.

I highly recommend Dr. Mozafari. I visited other doctors, and it wasn't until I started going to this practice that my symptoms greatly improved. Dr. Mozafari is thorough and takes his time to understand your concerns and symptoms and tailors an approach to get results.
