She listened intently to my concerns and made a short term and long term plan. I was impressed. It's very rare to find a doc who isn't ready to just look at your charts and shoo you off on your way. I left the doc office smiling.

Due to some terrible traffic I didn't arrive for my 5:15 appointment until around 5:25. I really hate to be disrespectful of people's time especially at the end of the day like that but Dr. Kapoor was so pleasant and welcoming and still took the time to give me thorough care.
