What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
For me, healthcare is not just a career but a calling. Knowing that I have the ability to effect positive change in the lives of others is very rewarding. I am passionate about making quality healthcare more accessible, convenient, and cost-effective. I hold a Master's in Nursing from Regis College, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
I believe that primary care is the cornerstone of healthcare. I empower my patients to take charge of their own health by involving them in all decisions and respecting their individual needs, preferences, and values. This type of patient-centered care leads to improved individual health outcomes and enhances patient satisfaction. Healthcare should not be ?one size fits all,? but rather a true partnership between the patient and provider.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, you can find me practicing and teaching yoga, spending time with family and friends, on an adventure with my dog Elton, or somewhere on a dance floor!

It was a Zoom call over my mobile phone. Scheduling, communication went very well. Malorie Bartlett, FNP-C came across as very knowledgeable, attentive and caring. I would recommend her without hesitation and wish I could have her as a PCP for a long time. However, I strongly prefer face-to-face appointements, and as of now Circle Medical doesn't seem to have that in Boston area (despite their claims to the contrary). Circle Medical follow-ups are over chat, responses take hours if not days, and even if you call Circle Medical directly, they'd refer you to the chat, which is not helpful in any way.
