Doctor Bozena Pawelek has been in medical field since 1990. She attended Medical School in Poland from 1990-1994. She had moved to New York in 1994 where she completed pre-medical studies in CCNY. During that time she also became a part of research team in neurology department at Mount Sinai Medical Center. In 2004, attracted by teh sunny Florida state, Dr Pawelek moved to Miami to further pursue her medical carrier. She attended Barry University to study podiatric medicine and surgery. Upon graduation she received an excellence award in podiatric medicine. Furthermore, completed 3-year post graduate residency training in foot and ankle surgery at South Miami and Baptist Hospitals and then joined Dr. Seymour Beiser's practice as an associate.

I filled out all the forms prior to going got the appointment waited almost two weeks and when I get to the place there was no help and when the individual arrived I was told they did not accept my insurance!! What kind of place is this!! If they check their data base they could have given me a call so that I find out about this!!!! The ambiance of the place I would not recommend. Not impressed at all!!

dr pawelek is gentle..listens to what you are saying..takes xrays right in the exam room..then explains the results to you and will show you the problem if it is something that will visualize on the xray..and with follow-up visits she lets you know if you are improving...i think she is awesome

I made this appointment for Friday but due to Hurricane Irma . It was changed to the following Tuesday. 8 people were in the waiting room for appointments as early as 8:45 am. No me of the doctors had arrived and the staff, after being asked, finally announced that the doctors were not in, they were delayed substantially. At 10:20 am they still had not seen the 9:00 am appointments. They could have informed the patients and have them make a decision as to whether or not they can afford to spend an entire morning waiting for a doctor or reschedule. Poor coordination and lack of communication by staff. However, they clearly didn't have any issues talking about personal matters while you stood there. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
