Our mission is to improve our patients' quality of life through improved vision. We seek to apply the best of medical science with compassion and integrity.
We offer medical and surgical care, including treatment of cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and dry eye syndrome. We also offer routine eye exams and contact lenses. Dr. Strong enjoys treating patients of all ages, from children to seniors.
Dr. Strong was co-valedictorian of his high school class. He graduated with highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He obtained his M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine, earning an honors award in the basic sciences. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan, a top 10 ophthalmology program. He began his ophthalmology career in Northern California, where he was the president of the Sonoma County ophthalmology society for several years. In 2009 he returned to Texas, and was entrusted to take over the practice of retiring ophthalmologist Elizabeth Vaughan, who was well known and respected in Dallas for over 40 years.

Easy to recognize he is very knowledgeable in his practice as an opthalmologist. Very nice doctor. but has a lackluster presentation. As do the other two employees. The office is very impersonable. But, the patient is there to better his or her health, not make friends. Leave your personality at the door. It won't be needed. The experience has an "Is it five o'clock yet?" aroma. This was just an FYI for others. As for me, I'll go back because of the confidence I have in Dr. Strong. Then I will make my payment and leave.
