Everyone in that office from the lady who checked me in at the front desk to the nurses and nurse practitioner, Brandi, herself, were all very sweet, professional, and courteous. They listened to my issue, didn't talk down to me as some medical professionals at other facilities have in the past, and treated me like "one of the gals" while still being knowledgeable. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I enjoyed my new patient appointment with NP Carbonie! The office runs efficiently and I did not wait more than 5 minutes after my scheduled time to be taken back by the nurse. The appointment was quick, but I did not feel rushed and she made sure I understood everything and answered all questions I had before leaving the room.
