a nurse practitioner came didn't even verify the name of patient and just start asking why we here we mentioned because of strep and questions is sounds interrogating us and not a consultation. she ask we any signs of civ we said no. then she say even u dont have symptoms u have covid we say no its a strep then she take a glance of my sons throat. she didn't even swab the throat or anything just say ok you have covid and you have a strep. she made my children so worried. she step put when she on the way back to room Iask her if the covid is going to show on doctors report because yall didnt perform a covid test. she turn to verify at the front desk.. and she came back laughing trying to be funny and thinking its cool with my children. and saying atleast you still get a vacation day from school. don't divert the issue because you messed up. I need explanation why this clinic treat patients this way
