He was wonderful! He talked to me about things that no other psychiatrist had ever talked about before. He told me possible side effects from the medications; he let me know what other possible diagnoses were and why he ruled them out; he took into account my entire life and support system before making a judgement call. And I found him very relatable. Hands down the best psychiatrist I've ever been to.

I have practiced psychiatry in the Philadelphia region for more than 17 years, using both psychotherapy and psychiatric medications.
My therapy practice is focused on who you are, what your experience has been, and what you and I can do to improve your experience.
Most of my patients are working in a supportive-expressive or dynamic approach; I will use cognitive therapy approaches as well.
The decision to use medication is never a simple one for physician or patient. I always try to be very clear with you about the specific symptoms or disorders at which a medication is targeted, and about the potential therapeutic benefits of a medication as well as its possible downsides.
Before we meet for the first time, I will reach out to you by telephone to let you know more about what to expect in working with me. Payment for our first session should be made by credit card or cash, and we can discuss more about that when we talk.
