Dr. Cameron is a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, currently practicing in Mesa, Arizona. Upon graduating from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, he spent more than a year in Southern California, working both in private practice as well as in a specialized Diabetes treatment facility, where he garnered extensive knowledge and expertise on the topic. As part of an integrated family practice setting, he can serve as a Primary Care Provider for patients of all ages.
Dr. Cameron’s primary focus is working alongside the patient to treat the cause of their disease, rather than offering temporary relief of their symptoms using methods that typically would become less effective and often habit-forming in the long-term. He does this by employing a holistic approach, looking at all aspects of a patient’s lifestyle, and making necessary adjustments to help each patient achieve his or her highest health potential.
As a Naturopathic Doctor, his training is in family medicine; however, he specializes in Men’s Health, Sports Medicine and Natural Pain Relief, Diabetes, and weight loss from a natural standpoint. He has experience and success treating patients with varying medical backgrounds including but not limited to: Auto-immune disorders, Eczema and Psoriasis, Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, sleep disorder and Thyroid Issues.
In his free time, Dr. Cameron likes camping and fishing, practicing yoga, gardening, cooking, and especially spending time with his fiancée and their two dogs. He also frequently travels back to Ontario, Canada to visit his family and fish at a lodge that has been in the family for nearly 30 years.
