More about Dr. Brett Bovee, DC
I was born and raised in Davenport, IA, the fountainhead of chiropractic, home to Palmer College of Chiropractic. I received my education at Palmer College, where I graduated with honors, earning both my Bachelor of Science degree and my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2017. Growing up in and around the profession, I was taught that the body is a self-healing mechanism when given a chance, and as chiropractors, we provide value by helping the body heal on its own. I have utilized the Gonstead method of analysis throughout my years of practice, as I was educated that specificity is key to the profession. I come from a family of chiropractors-my father and sister also contribute to and help serve their own communities. I love being a homebody and spending time with my wife, Taylor, and our three children, Kallen, Weston, and Baylee. We definitely have a loud, yet fun household! I also enjoy staying active with anything outdoors, whether it's jogging, hiking, or walking our dogs, Beau and Duke. I am a huge sports fan, especially of baseball, basketball, and football. During the spring and summer, we stay busy with baseball, as I am one of the coaches for my son's baseball team.
