He was quick and decisive with his preliminary diagnosis although it didn’t feel as though he was simply jumping to conclusions. He laid out a clear plan to assess the diagnosis over longer period of time. Felt like I was in great hands with Dr. Ash

Dr. Ash is a real professional. One of the things I like is the way he talks to you like a real person. He explains things in a way that you can understand, but not in a way that feels belittling.

I guess I would say Dr. Ash's bedside manner was "good enough". He was very nice conversation-wise, but was not very considerate. After a pap smear, he went behind the blinds to do whatever he had to with the sample. I was left sitting there with my legs up for a few minutes uncomfortable and unsure of what to do with myself. After he came back, he started to talk to me, my legs still up, everything private still facing him, even though I didn't need to be after that. When he was done talking, he just told me feel free to leave, and I had to ask him what I was supposed to do with myself at the moment to get my legs down and clean up. The office staff were horrible. It took me multiple tries to have them send test results that I ended up submitting late because of their errors. That was fine, mistakes happen, but what baffled me was the staff got mad at me and blamed me for not receiving the results. One lady was very frustrated for no reason and said I had gone in to grab them already, which I probably would know if I did, and when I said I didn't she repeatedly said I did. Which if there really was someone that picked up my results and it wasn't me, you have a big case of privacy breach in front of you. I ended up just letting it go and asked her if she could just send another copy. The nurse I had on the other hand was a delight and extremely professional and considerate. One detail that I remember especially well was that she told me some people may not be comfortable with the hospital gowns, and so she brought 2. One for the front and one for the back if I would like. It was a very nice touch. Overall I really wouldn't recommend this practice. When I really searched myself and considered if I were talking to a friend, it would definitely be a "Never!" recommend, but Dr. Ash seemed like a nice person in general and the nurse went above and beyond, so in the end, I squeezed out a reluctant "probably not".

Took a while to get in but the nurse was great with a quick prep time before I saw the doctor. I had digital copies of labs I wanted to send and she offered her email address to receive them. This was my first visit with the doctor and he was patient and attentive as I explained my history. His problem-solving was fast and effective.

Initially, I went to see Dr. Ash for some "lady" issues. I was pretty anxious and nervous because I was seeing a male doctor for some female issues, but Dr. Ash bedside manner was fantastic and his demeanor put me at ease. He spent a considerable time asking questions and testing samples, and I didn't feel rushed at all through the whole process. I felt like the quality of his care was very comprehensive, and I'm certainly considering making him my primary care physician. I highly recommend this doctor!

He was great, a little unclear on where to go from the actual room after he visited with me to go get blood work. His staff wasn't exactly helpful either. Additionally, little unclear on exact next steps to be taken as well, regarding prescriptions or when I'd hear/who would be reaching out to me. Other than those 2 things it was quick, efficient, and just what I had hoped for. 10/10 on it all!

As always, right on the money. I've seen 2 other doctors since an accident I had. They both essentially told me to wait for the pain to eventually subside. He was the only one to suggest an alternative reason, had me take a test and he was right. Always looking out for his patients. Were I to change town, I'd easily drive 50 miles in order to see him before anyone else.
