The Dr. was very thorough and addressed all issues , answered all questions. I am very pleased with my choice to have Dr. Trey as my PCP.
Right off the bat was very kind and professional, listened to everything I had to say and made sure I knew to speak up if he’d gotten something wrong. He explained my treatment plan thoroughly and gave me a print out of what I needed to know at the end. I went for IBS related symptoms. Highly recommend!
Telehealth Visit: He reviewed my history, reviewed symptoms, presented me with options and that's it. Didn't pressure me to take meds and didn't make me feel bad for the symptoms I was reporting.
Video visit
I felt he listened to me. He was compassionate, he drew up a plan and worked with me. I dont have any hope we will find out what is wrong with me, that makes me sad. I say this bc I've been to too many docs who cant find the problem. But regarding Dr. TREY I LIKED HIM AND FELT COMFORTABLE RIGHT AWAY.
Verified patientVideo visit
I came to him for a General Consultation, which included mostly joint issues and historical tendon/ligament injuries I've experienced. Maybe because of that it wasn't a great fit, since when I arrived it became clear that his specialty is truly in the realm of Internal Medicine. I'm sure he's a phenomenal doctor in that area. But, during my consult, it really seemed like he was rushing through the entire process and several times I had to stop him and correct assumptions he was making. I've had a bunch of injuries over the years and have seen many doctors, so I know what it feels like for a doctor to take their time with me vs. rushing through an appointment. At the end, he made a comment that he was now off for his Squash match. Sure, it's probably true that he wasn't the right person to help with my orthopedic issues, but it made me feel pretty bad that he rushed through my appointment so he could get to a squash match on time. Even if that wasn't his intention, that's the impression he gave off. Likely a phenomenal internist, but unsatisfactory bedside manner left me with a bad taste.
Verified patient
It was a great visit, and Dr. Trey took the time to listen and be thorough. A doctor's visit that didn't feel rushed, when I didn't feel like a piece of meat... It was a great feeling!
Verified patient
It was good, he gave me very good care

It's my third time seeing Dr. Grey, he is amazing, very professional, knowledgeable. He will give you the treatment that's best for you. Always asking you if you are comfortable with the treatment plan. Waiting was not more than 10 min. Great doctor and staff
Verified patient
Deceptive billing procedures. I went for an annual checkup, should be free based on my insurance, but this specific office has a "different policy." Let me be clear: This office is in policy, andmy insurance said they would cover it in full, but the insurance company called the office and was told of the office's own policy. Not only is this billing deceptive, the appointment was charged as a "Long visit?!" I was with the doctor for no more than 10 minutes!! While I believe Dr. Trey is a great doctor, his office is unfair. I will not be returning and recommend you look elsewhere.
Verified patient
Excellent office, doctor is very smart.

Very short wait. He was very concise and to the point. Sent me for an x-ray across the street, but appointment was at 4 in was seen at 3:50 and after x-ray and all was out by 4:45. Cant say enough it was all quick and painless
Verified patient
He was very understanding and knowledgeable. Finding a doctor that will listen and actually work WITH you is a huge relief. Won't hesitate to see him again although wait time can be a little tough
Verified patient
Dr. Trey is the best doc I have seen hands down. I guess I would sum it up as very understanding but also a responsible pro at the same time.
Verified patient
Dr. Gary is a excellent and professional Doctor and explains everything clear to his patients. What I liked the most is that he dictates everything right in front of you. I would highly recommend him.

Verified patient
Very professional!
Verified patient
Doc was very personable and while the visit was quick (reviewed some stomach aches and other discomforts), he did so in a way that made me feel like he was maximizing my time with him vs. him rushing through the appointment. Support staff seemed to be a little lost with using ZocDoc so I had to fill out forms again, but they were kind about it the whole ordeal.
Verified patient
He takes the time to listen to what is going on and isn't afraid to change his original thoughts. Not dismissive in anyway which is refreshing in gastroenterology. Communicates quickly through email too!
Great appointment - no trouble at all!
Charming, gentle, and highly competent.
He is very professional.

Verified patient
Dr. Trey was wonderful! He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and came up with a detailed and comprehensive plan for testing/diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr. Trey!
While dictating back my symptoms, he was misrepresenting them, and I feel that he wasn't truly listening to what I was telling him about what sort of symptoms I was experiencing.
I recommend, very nice doctor
