I really appreciate the efficiency of getting my xray right before my appointment. Everyone in the office was very friendly and I spoke with a staff member at every step of the way....checkin, xray, insurance confirmation, doctor's assistant, resident, and then doctor.
Efficient and effective.
The wait time was horrific. The visit time was too quick. Not fully evaluated as he was 2 hours behind schedule and rushing
I injured my hip joint and was experiencing severe pain getting in and out of a car, bending, and walking up and downstairs. After waiting 3 weeks to get in, I waited over an hour after my appointment time to actually see the doctor. He spent a grand total of about 90 seconds with me! Took a cursory look at my x-ray and gave me a prescription and told me to go see another doctor to get a cortisone shot (which requires another week wait for that appointment). Just doesn't seem like a patient friendly process.
Dr Evans is professional and caring. Best Doctor i have been to in a lng time
He was very professional and to the point. He was friendly and answered all of my questions.
Very professional. Calm. Patient. Listened well.
Respectful. Patient. Informative.
Dr Evans was short and to the point which I like in a Doctor.
I was seeing Dr. Evans for my hip pain. His intern actually spent more time with me than the doctor did. Dr. Evans looked at my xrays and explained what he saw and answered my questions. I appreciated that he didn't see surgery as the only solution. He recommended a different pain reliever that would not cause heartburn and recommended I return in 4-6 months. Typical orthopedic response - you'll know when it's time to operate!
Highly knowledgeable, caring professional. Explains and takes time to answer questions.
Dr. Evans was welcoming and an excellent listener. The x-rays clearly showed the knees were arthritic and would need attention. Options were discussed. I left his office feeling confident that my decision to put both knees under his care was the correct one. Surgery one both knees at the same time in early January 2017 is in the planning stage
Dr Evans is kind and gentle in his approach. He offers alternatives if he does not feel that the [problem is not in his area.
I have known and been a Patient of this Physician fro 14 years. He is THE man to see with any Knee or Hip problem - and one of the few Physicians who I trust to cut me.
Dr. Evans takes the time to explain the patient's condition and the possible avenues for treating any problems that can be addressed. He is not given to quick cure solutions that involve surgery, when the patient can be encouraged to lose weight, engage in Physical Therapy and otherwise address joint problems. Surgery used only when the doctor deems it necessary. Dr. Evans encourages his patients to ask questions and be fully educated in the care and maintenance of health joints. I refer patients often to his practice.
Had my right hip replaced by Dr. Evans five years ago and it was a breeze! Now having issues with my left hip and knee. There is no other surgeon I would consider going to. Dr. Evans is professional, easy to talk to, a good listener and a great surgeon. I would highly recommend him, his staff and hospital.
Straight forward diagnosis Offered all the treatment options Very professional;
