The staff is very friendly and I've never had to wait more than five minutes for my appointment. I was new to Dallas, needing to find a new urologist, and Dr. Feagins did a revision on my surgery. Great doctor who always listens and never rushes you out. I'm very confident that he knows what he's doing and everyone there works as a team. That's hard to find now days. I would highly recommend him.
