Dr. Porter received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center, and completed his urology residency and pre-specialty surgery training at Kansas University Medical Center.

Was 10 minutes late for my appointment and the people at the front informed me the Dr. tends to “punish people for being late” and I should’ve been there 30 minutes early to do paperwork. I was never informed they expected me that early. I waited over an hour and a half and eventually had to ask for a refund without seeing doctor as I had to go to work. Id completely understand if a couple people that came after me got to see doctor first because I was late and the office has jobs to do. But waiting an hour and a half+ without knowing when I’ll see doctor is absurd. Would not recommend this doctor. People at the front were friendly and apologetic though so if you’re looking to book with someone else at the same practice I’d consider it but surely not this doctor.
