I had an online appointment with Dr. Katz. His bedside manner is excellent. He diagnosed my issue quickly and I’m feeling much better now.

My time is important too. I had to wait over an hour to seen by Dr Katz. Which seems strange since I was told that I had to wait in my car and they would call me. Well that did not happen, no one wrote down my cell which I gave them twice before the appointment. So when it was my time they called my home, spoke to my wife, to get my cell number. I saw several people walk in straight from their cars so they did not wait to be called, which created a large number in the small waiting room. I was very uncomfortable to say the least.

1st appt I waited an hour before his receptionist called to reschedule. Then my second appt was so short I could barely get any insight. I got nothing accomplished. I don’t recommend seeing this doctor.

I liked him. Told.me to try a diet that is different than any other doc has suggested. Cant hurt to try and certainly better than doing nothing like.my.last doc did

He took the time to talk to me about my health.
Verified patient
Bad experience in waiting ,however I have an appointment.the doctor doesn’t talk or explain to me ..just typing on his tablet ..no more visits to this terrible place
Verified patient
It was good
Verified patient
Terribly long wait, first appointment was at 12:45 when I got there they were running 2 hours behind & didn’t call me to let me know I wasted an hour getting there & back. Second time I waited 50 minutes would have been longer until I expressed how annoyed I was. Biggest issue I have with doctors who charge a 25. Penalty if you cancel within 24 hours is that they believe there time is worth more than yours. They charge you for cancelling but it’s ok to leave me in rooms for hours at a time.
Verified patient
Dr Katz have been my Gastroenterologist for at least 7 years he was professional, well read, straightforward and a good doctor . I highly recommend him.
Verified patient
Dr Katz is very knowledgeable .
Verified patient
Dr. Katz was very focused on my symptoms and eating habits. He readily took the information I had from other physicians to help him make a decision on how we should proceed. He made sure I understood about the procedure, and what I could expect as far as the issues he could investigate for me, and what would be better left to other specialists. Overall it was a very pleasant visit, and I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.
Verified patient
He doesn’t bother to find our your individual symptoms or find an individualized treatment plan for you. He just hands everybody the same print-out instructing them to change their diet. I tried everything on that sheet and, unsurprisingly, it didn’t work. I will not be going back.
This is my first time seeing Dr. Katz, he was very professional, quick, and very nice person. The wait was not long either!
Verified patient
Waited over a hour to see this doctor and doctor seemed very aggaited and I felt rushed .Office staff was unprofessional was gossiping about a patient after they left doctor tried to schedule 2 procedures in one day and in 2 days no asking if I was available and they rushed me to the waiting area where patient has no privacy to schedule exams everyone in waiting area over hearing your personal business .Dont recommend this doctor or office

Fantastic doctor. Would recommend to others. He was kind and knows a lot of stuff, give reasonable answers, has humor, not at all arrogant.
Verified patient

Organized and professional office. Dr. Katz spent time talking to me about my whole health, not just my appointment. Made a huge impact on my wellness.

Verified patient
I was welcomed into the practice from the start. The receptionist was all smiles and very accommodating as was the Dr. He answered every question and made me feel like family.
Verified patient
It's not too often someone can say they enjoyed a doctor's visit. This was my first with Dr. Katz and he took the time to get to know me as well as my situation. He did not rush and asked questions. And the waiting time was about right to see a specialist, or any doctor for that matter.
Very pleasant and very informative.
Verified patient
Really like Dr. Katz. have been using him for 8 years now. Very professional. Gives you as much time as you need, which is extremely important.

Good visit
Verified patient
Dr Latz is outstanding! He is knowledgeable understanding and vet easy to talk to. I waited longer because he gives his full attention to every patient so it was wel worth the wait riser him
It appeared as if he had forgotten what doctoring was about. It was my first meeting and it took all of 6 minutes. If you're interested in a doctor who will prescribe medications, he's probably fine. If you want a doctor who respects the patient, is inquisitive and parters with you in the healing process... a resounding NO. I will not go back.
Verified patient
At first meeting, I felt Dr. Katz rushing through the appointment with no chance of asking questions. I already had that kind of doctor. As time went on, I was able to ask questions and Dr Katz gave detailed answers.
I did not have thebgteatest feel.
Verified patient
Loved him! Very smart, thorough, and friendly.
Dr. Katz was really nice and personable! It was very comfortable talking to him and he listened carefully to my concerns. He took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatments to me. Very pleasant experience, would definitely come back if needed in the future.
Verified patient
Although I had to wait about 30 mins for the apt I wont complain as they fit me in the same day I called and had me scheduled for an endoscopy the next business day. Highly recommend.
Verified patient
He was very compassionate. He asked appropriate questions and quickly decided on a plan. I felt very comfortable with his staff as well.
Verified patient
Dr. Katz was very nice but I felt rushed through the appointment. I wish he would have given me some more time to explain my situation to him.
I had a positive experience. Dr. Katz had a great bedside manner and was very knowledgeable. I'm so glad that I found him. I feel comfortable and confident with him handling my case.
