Other than some confusion with when the appointment actually was, and I believe this may in part be Zocdoc's fault for they had my appointment listed wrong twice, and a rather long office wait before actually seeing the Doctor ... The office visit was great!

Dr. Matthys was great and his office is a well-oiled machine! Instead of having to wait with nothing to do, one of the office assistants, Brandon, gave me an office tour and showed me all the awesome things they offer to customers. I also received a complimentary gift bag since it was my first time visiting (and the cookies are amazing!). I would recommend Dr. Matthys to anyone, no matter how big or small the issue may be.

My appointment was at 8:20, I arrived at 8:00AM to fill out the new patient paperwork, was given a tour of the facilities at 8:55, was ushered back to the exam room at 9:05. Dr. Matthys arrived at 9:15. I appreciate the professional manner of the examination, and friendliness of the staff. I would have rather not waited for almost an hour past my appointment time to see the Dr.

My wait time was extremely long and compared to the time the doctor spent with me? Not great. He spent maybe 5 minutes and didn't really explain much to me, just prescribed some things that I got there. Some other things were OTC and extremely expensive (a $65 BB cream?) and I decided to pass. I will go back and give them another try, but I wasn't completely satisfied at this visit.
