friendly staff. was told to be there half hour prior to my visit for my first visit. After I completed all my paperwork, I waited another 30-40 minutes.
Doctor seem knowledgeable I liked his approach towards my issues.
I have to do blood work but they use a specific company for that, which may not be covered by my insurance. That's the only thing that is very inconvenient for me. All of the other Dr.'s I've ever seen just refer me to Quest, which is covered by my insurance.

When I was referred to this office, I was told that the doctor was wonderful but the staff was not all that great.. they were wrong. The MA's in the back office work so hard and very attentive to my needs and feelings. Dr. Moraes took the time to hear and understand my issues. You never feel rushed in that office. The wait to see the doctor might be a little longer than normal but once back they all make it up to you by making you feel like a person and not a number.

Staff was very personable. I highly recommend this practice. I feel comfortable coming in and speaking with all staff about any questions I have had.

I was very glad how helpful the staff was with any questions I had in regards to my appointment. Dr. Moraes is very well spoken and a great explainer of every and anything I asked. He took his time during my visit and I didn't feel rushed during my appointment & like I was a bother with my questions.

The office is always so nice, from the front desk to the back office. Dr. Moraes spends time with you and actually cares about how you feel, and doesn't make you feel like a number. He is a busy Doctor so give yourself about an hour for the appointment, but he is definitely worth it.

I've been to many doctor offices and I've never met a Dr. that took his time with me. I had many questions and he took the time to answer all. He was very patient with me and thourough. I recommend him to all my family and friends. And his medical assistants are awesome.

The front office was very inviting and friendly, Shawn had a smile on her face when I walked in and greeted me well. The back office girls talked to me as if they had known me for year, it made me feel welcome right off the bat. Dr. Moraes took the time to get to know me and my concerns. I never felt rushed or as if I was just a number. He never made me feel rushed. I would recommend this office to all my family and friends.
