Dr. Page graduated from medical school in Oklahoma at Oklahoma State University and did his Anesthesiology and Pain Management training at the University of Kansas. He is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management and has been practicing in Phoenix for 12 years. He believes in a multi-disciplinary approach to pain management combining interventional pain techniques with Physical Therapy and medications to relieve pain. He is trained in the newest techniques such as Kyphoplasty and Spinal Cord Stimulation as well as traditional techniques such as epidural steroid injections and other nerve blocks.
