A new treatment plan is working better than I could imagine and the wait time was less than 10 minutes. Dr. Reiter is pleasant and personable, taking just enough time to listen and explain .
All doctors should be as attentive and informative as Dr. Reiter was. I feel very comfortable that he will be handling my upcoming knee procedure. He made me feel like I mattered as a person and addressed my concerns without rushing or being dismissive! Very glad I came to see him for a second opinion!
Wish I have of came to him earlier . Probably would be walking without a brace
I was not treated by Dr. REITER but by a NP. She was excellent. Great personality and very professional
I’ve been going to Dr. Reiter for over two years and prefer to only see him for Ortho.
Dr and his assistant Melanie was great with their professionalism. But the wait time can be improved. There are room for front desk staff to improve.
It was very pleasant and Dr. REITER’s professionalism is second to none
I found Dr. Reiter to be very thorough, personable and considerate of my son needs and he took the time to answer every question we had as parents. I would definitely recommend him!!
Home Run! Wish all Dr Offices were like this!
My appointment was not previously scheduled but had to be fit in due to the severity of my issue. The office was very cordial and were able to accomodate me despite having a full schedule. I was glad to be able to see Dr. Reiter.
Gave complete and understandable information and treatment options for treatment of my knee.
Outstanding knowledge, professionalism and skills!
Great doctor and his PA Melanie was also excellent. They took time to explain things to me and present my options clearly. I could tell they cared.
Great Doctor. Has been treating me for two years. Would not go to any other ortho-pede!
Loved him! Great doctor!
Very good visit, but the wait to be seen was too long
Wait time is rediculous. When I asked the receptionist she said the doctor normally runs 45 minutes behind. Also said I was at a specialist that it was a normal. Why book people if you can't take them in until an hour and 15 minutes later. The doctor was good. Just tough waiting that long to see the doctor for 10 minutes.
He was very specific, eager to answer any questions I had. A great listener and professionalism.
Very nice and answered all my questions that i had
He is awesome!!!! Takes his time and has great bedside manner
Beginning June 1st, I had the first of a series of 3 shots given in Dr. Reiter's office to relieve pain in my right knee. All shots were given by a PA, and I saw Dr..Reiter only briefly on one visit. The first shot especially was very painful, and apparently given into the bone itself. The series of shots did nothing to ease the pain. Another visit was scheduled after an X ray and MRI were prescribed and a cortisone shot was given by Dr. Reiter. It also was ineffective and the pain persists.
Dr Reiter is great and the staff is wonderful.
Dr Reiter was very pleasant, and genuinely concerned about my injury and future treatment options. His kind and approachable manner was truly a blessing for me!
Everyone in office is friendly and professional. They diagnosed, began treatment and took the time to educate me in being a more aware patient and explaining things I could do to aid in my recovery. Finally, they aggressively pursued obtaining needed information from my insurance company. Unfortunately have had the need for the services from these professionals on a few occasions. Every interaction has resulted in positive outcomes, delivered by outstanding folks.
Dr Reiter is great! I would highly recommend! Very professional and diagnosed my problem and I'm feeling much better.
I was very pleased! Dr Reiter was very pleasant being that it was my 1st time in the office i was nervous but once I enter the office i felt a lot better the staff was great and very helpful looking forward to my follow up visit.
I was very nervous going into the office. I had no idea what to expect. Dr. Reiter and his staff for wonderful. I absolutely recommend them!
Nice manners. Willing to talk. Very important.
He has the best people working with him
I've been a patient here for about 7-8 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
As nurse, I am fairly critical in my standards, and Dr. Reiter excelled in his medical knowledge, patient communication and education, and his professional demeanor. I am quite comfortable and confident to be his patient! Susan
I could not have been more pleased he is very professional and his evaluation has also been well thought out I would recommend him very highly
I was there for a shoulder injury, and at this time it is not certain what the prognosis will be before the RMI results to happen tomorrow. The office is somewhat pleasant, the nurses, can be disturbing to the profession, as to negative attitudes sometimes.
Very professional, but yet caring???
Good visit with the doctor. We were introduced to the doctor and he went over treatment. Felt comfortable with the doctor and staff.
I think Dr. Reiter is a top-notch physician in EVERY regard. He's knowledgeable, highly skilled as a surgeon, has a wonderful personal manner, and his ability to listen to, as well as communicate with, patients is superlative. I would NEVER go to another physician to treat my orthopedic/sports medicine needs--unless Dr. Reiter referred me to them: in the event that he feels I could get more appropriate surgical treatment from another doctor. Excellence personified!
Brian was very helpful in diagnosing my issue and giving me a game plan to fix it I was very pleased
Great doctor! Provided excellent information.
Dr. Reiter was very professional. Explored options and suggested the least invasive until further testing results were known. He gave me reason to be trusting of his professional demeanor, and he concern for ME. Great doctor.
He is awesome. I feel so comfortable with him. I know I'm in good hands for my surgery
Es muy responsable, me escucha mis preguntas y estoy satisfecha con la Sirugia de mi hombro.
I had a great experience with Dr. Reiter, he took great care of me, very professional.
Dr.Reiter and Melanie explained the injection of lubricant, expected result time, and the now current condition of my knee and treatment going forward.
Staff's were nice and friendly, catterded to my needs, I was seen exactly at my appointment time?
Me encantó. Súper profesional y amable.
Very Professional and explained the recommended procedures thoroughly.
Very pleased with my visit. Admission staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr Reitter was very professional and friendly, Explained clearly results of my MRI and recommendations.
Amazing is not even a word to descripe how great they are all. The nurse gave my mom shot was like an angel. We glad she treated by them.
Very professional, explained everything. Nice to see a doctor who values your time and is willing to spend time with you.
Assessed my situation quickly & recommended and provided appropriate treatment. I left happy & relieved.
Very personable and explained, in detail, what my injuries were.
He is one of the best in his field. I would recommend him to anyone having orthopedic problems.
Very impressed with the thoroughness of the different treatment options available.
Dr. Reiter and his PA Melanie are the Best in the field. Excellent bedside manner and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you need a good ortho.
Dr. Reiter is a very personable, professional, and non-elitist Orthopedist who listens to your answers to his questions and allows those--and, of course, his physical examination--in determining course of treatment. I tend to trust a surgeon who, like Dr. Reiter, doesn't rush to pick up a scalpel and dive in.
It was pleasant and great news that my issues were not as thought and can be taken care of with the treatment offered. Really made my day thank you God!
The wait was longer than usual because there were so many patients but the waiting area is pleasant and has wi-fi, so it wasn't a problem for me. The staff is friendly and smiling in spite of being so busy. Dr. Reiter and his P.A, Melanie are the best!
Love him, Dr Reiter ensures he explains everything from start to finish regarding my condition and provides different options for resolution. He is great!
Loved Dr. Reiter, his nurse asst, and admin person. The only thing I did not like nor appreciate was being told to be there for a 7:45AM appt and then them not opening the door until 8AM. I tapped on the window and the girl at desk just shook her head No. When someone did open the door, she was rude and acted irritated, even though I said I was only concerned because I had a 7:45 appt. The girl at the front desk was a little rude when the office first opened, then she seemed to get better. Other than the first opening time I really like the Dr and all his employees.
Wait was short.. was seen by two assistants before seeing the Doctor. Most all information needed was "pre-obtained". Problem was identified and possible solutions were discussed with a remedy offered. Remedy accepted and follow-up visit scheduled. Vert pleasant visit!!!
Excellent hi is a great doctor
Dr Reiter bedside manner was top notch & the office staff as well. I'm so grateful to have been referred to this practice. He was my second opinion when I was told I needed anthroscopic knee surgery he took his time to explain to me why I didn't need it & recommended Physical Therapy I will definitely recommend him
Dr. Reiter is very professional and the nurses are very kind
They are very professional with a great attitude. They are very busy and rush a bit and the waiting time can be lesser.
Awesome Dr...God bless
Always pleasant disposition and alert of patients condition. Professional and courteous.
VEry easy going, easy to talk to and got the job done!
I couldn't ask for a better doctor or set of nurses to take care of my son during his time of need I highly recommend Dr. Rider but I don't want to because I want him available when we need him ha ha Ha
Of all the doctors that I could have chosen, I am extremely happy that I choose Dr. Reiter. Is knowledge and professionalism is top notch.
He saved my knee! Because of his amazing work I have avoided having an additional surgery and another 6 months of recovery. He was able to negotiate his way through a super complicated injury and found a way to take care of everything with out having to go through two separate procedures. He is the very best there is!
I enjoyed meeting him. Very personable and came up with a great treatment plan.
Love the use of the tablet to fill out all the "paperwork". Also liked the credit card payment capability on the tablet.
Excellent! His advice was right on! The treatment was relatively painless. The results so far are better than I expected.
Long wait, reception room crowded, But, 5 physicians working from same reception area
Dr Reiter is the best 1 had to go to 4 other Des before I found him.
The Docs are wonderful, as are the back office staff (nurses etc)........however, as usual the greeters/front desk person is like a nazi and gruff and rude!!!!
Very good Doctor, runs behind on appointments.
Personable and professional. Got right to the root of my problem and explained so I could easily understand. Received treatment and today it is almost back to normal. I was lucky to snag an appointment that had just been cancelled!
I appreciated the professionalism and especially the attentiveness to my needs and concerns.
Concise, informative, & understandable.
Dr Reiter is extremely knowledgeable & takes time to explain everything & tell you were you are & were he wants to take you & what he expects from you, the patient. He was my 2nd opinion & I am happy I went to see him. Happy with his work, bedside manners, knowledge & how at ease he makes me feel. He is an Amazing Doctor.
I was disappointed with the practice because I drove from out of town to see a hip specialist, I explained that I was having excruciating pain after my total hip replacement (1 year post-op) with a surgeon who is no longer with the practice. I had reluctantly made this appointment feeling in my gut that I should have gone to see Dr. Wang in Boca, but it was so much further of a drive. After waiting an hour, I was told that the hip specialist was not in and they had me see a rotator cuff specialist who simply told me there was no reason I should be experiencing pain, as my x-rays did not reveal any problem with my implant and then suggested that I saw the surgeon who performed the surgery. WHAT A WASTE OF A DAY!!! I did not want to leave the unsatisfactory rating of the doctor that I did not see, so I left it blank.... However I am unable to submit feedback without a score for his bedside manner. I don't know, I had never had the chance to meet him.
My expectations were high from the referral from Dr Routman and he lived up to them!!! All good, ty v much
Interfaces excellently with patient; i.e., the classic wished for bedside manner. Discusses the varying treatment and effects with medical clarity. Represents the rare type of M.D. the average patient would like in attendance.
This is the second time I visited the office of Dr. Reiter regarding elbow problems. He is kind, friendly and now how to connect with people. I received genuine health care practiced with professionalism. Highly recommended sports medicine doctor.
Dr Reiter is very friendly and personable and explained things in a clear manner so I could understand. I'm so happy to be pain-free finally! The surgery really helped my range of motion in my knee after meniscus surgery. The only issue today was that I had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. It's a bit too long! But he was so nice that I forgot about the time issue when he spoke to me.
Dr. Reiter explained my xray pictures and what my options were. He was very detailed in his explanations.
Prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough diagnosis of my shoulder injury. Recommendation for physical therapy and monitoring seems a reasonable treatment unless further complications. Well done by Dr. Reiter.
Great doctor, kind and patient..........
Dr Brian Reiter is a straight converser. He answered all questions in a clear and concise manner. The clinic was very clean and well appointed.
Dr Reiter has great knowledge and supportive friendly demeanor. His abundance of understanding, empathy, and willingness to explain things, that in a perfect world, so many more would be lucky to possess.
Takes as much time as you need. Probably why I had to wait in the first place but we'll worth it.
He is terrific wwith answering questions.
He was cordial and professional. He listened as I explained my medical issue. He explained my treatment options. We discussed them and went with a plan. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Reiter.
The Office staff and the exam room staff was very good. The Doctor was in did his exam and recommended an MRI. My wife and I thought the whole process was excellent
Though I was not a candidate for the cartilage transplant procedure, Dr. Reitier explained my injury more clearly than the two previous doctors, and gave me realistic guidelines for maintenance of my altered knee. Seeing him was very helpful, and encouraging.
Excellent, kind and professional doctor. He listens to his patients which I appreciate.
Very professional and able to articulate what he sees as your problem. I'd recommend him to anyone. He has excellent assistants, but unfortunately the office itself (Atlantis front desk) is run poorly. Appointments made, but not booked. You may arrive and check in, but sit and wait because you weren't checked in. One time I made an appointment with Dr Reiter and they booked it with a different doctor. But despite that, I'd recommend Dr Reiter eight days a week.
Took the time to fully discuss my knee problem. Discussion was friendly and relaxed.
Very informative and considerate, took the time to listen.
Dr. Reiter gave me a good briefing on what to expect and answered my questions about my upcoming knee surgery. He has a great easy manner and even a good sense of humor! I appreciate his down-to-earth attitude which is rare in surgeons today. Thanks Dr. Reiter…
He knows exactly what hes doing great customer service patient overall hes a wonderful doctor
Very responsive, professional and efficient.
Extremely nice & efficient. Would highly recommend him to others. The office staff was friendly & made a great impression on how to make a patient feel comfortable.
He greeted me properly, made very good eye contact the entire time we were speaking unless he was examining me which was expected. Very professional and well mannered. Very pleased with the services and can't wait for the outcome!
As always, Dr. Reiter was competent, caring and kind. He is absolutely my favorite doctor and he has helped me enormously with his excellent treatment and advice. Thank you, Dr. Reiter! See you next week. ??
The fact that he gave me good. news was a plus. Dr. Reiter listens, explains and the patient is never rushed....I would highly recommend Dr. Reiter. 5 stars
Staff was very helpful & welcoming. Dr Reiter is extremely knowledgable & thorough. Very happy with Dr Reiter & the staff.
Professional, informative, productive, remedial and hopeful
Friendly staff very efficient method for new patient to check in
Dr. Reiter is the best doctor I have ever seen !! I had knee surgery with him and he explains everything, takes his time with you, answers all your questions. I wish more doctors were like him !!!!
Dr Reiter listened attentively to my concerns and addressed them.
Best knee dr in area
My son's injury happened on Sunday afternoon, we hoped we would be able to get in to see Dr. Reiter Monday. We did. We are relieved because we really trust his evaluation, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. This is very important to us since we are dealing with my son who is 14 years old and still has a lot of sports hears ahead. Dr. Reiter is very thorough, safe, and understands these boys want to get back in the game.
I couldn't be more pleased! He had good recommendations and never once mentioned surgery. I am very hopeful that the treatments will be just what I need.
Felt like I knew what was going. Got answers when I've been trying to get them from other doctors for 7 years in one visit.
Dr. Reiter was very easy to talk to about my problem. He took the time to explain why I am in pain and in terms I understand. I feel completely at ease knowing what my options are and how to reach them.
knew his business explained well mix up when I got to the exam room waited over a half hour not a big deal just some feedback
The visit was great. Dr. Reiter provided a treatment plan for knee pain.
I had surgery last year with Dr Reiter.. It went so well that I insisted on him performing surgery on my other shoulder this January. I love his professionalism, honesty, patient empathy, and a wonderful staff. He's a MUST consider for your orthopedic needs.
After discussing my knee issue with Dr. Reiter , i felt very confident with all the answers he provided to my questions ,and offered several solutions . Thanks !
He is great. Very detail and great bedside manner
Check in was nice and seamless, the wait time for the doctor was not long. Things were very nice and comfortable.
Very good feedback. Reviewed my progress & deteriorating condition. Took least drastic approach to relieving my pain!
Waiting 45 minutes from the appointment time for a consultation is rather annoying. If I'm requested to show up 15 min early to check in, I would expect to see the doctor within 15 min of the appointment. I also would have liked more discussion about a strategy for treatment, and what I can do to manage my arthritis, I expected a clearer idea of what I can do as a patient to mitigate my condition.
Very thorough and patient. Took time to explain everything and answer all questions.
Took my complaint very seriously and is working hard to find a solution.
I loved everything about my experience at Atlantis Orthopedics and Dr. Reiter. It's a beautiful state of the art office and the staff is amazing from the receptionist, Dr. Reiter's nurse and the film technician. One of the things I loved most were the compliments among the staff of one another and that it's very apparent that they are a united team working together for the good of the patient. It was a professional delight to meet Dr. Reiter and his evaluation of my knee was positive. What a pleasure to no longer have to sit and fill out form after form, but everything is accessed from an individual patient iPad, including payment. It was such a great experience even though I was worried about my injured knee and awaiting the MRI results that I'm looking forward to physical therapy which they also do in house, along with a state of the art out patient facility if one needs surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Reiter and Atlantis Orthopedics.
Dr. Reiter and staff were friendly, professional and made my experience a pleasant one.
This was my first visit with Dr Reiter. He was informative about my issue. He made sure I knew what the problem was, his proposal for repair, and the expected outcome. I was please with the time he took with me and felt reassured that he was the doctor that could expertly provide the care I needed.
He was very nice and answer al my questions regarding my medical condition.
Very attentive and understanding to your needs, beautiful office with a friendly staff.
He was thorough and not eager to operate. He took a more conservative "wait and see" approach. I liked that. Very friendly and easy to speak with. Highly recommend!
This office was very nice.everyone was kind and nice.made my visit there very good.thank you guys.
Due to my limited insurance he couldn't offer me much help for osteoarthritis of my right knee but he did for me what he could and even remembered I was in college working on my BS in Psychology!
Great Doctor would recommend him with out thinking twice!
excellent staff and good service
The office staff were very nice and polite. Dr Reiter was excellent.
He is not only a sympathetic listener but a greet problem solver. I injured the very knee he recently operated on and feel very confident in his expertise in helping me resolve the ensuing pain. He took charge of the situation, treated me and suggested future solutions. He is very accessible and also runs an extremely friendly office!
Dr. Reiter has a wonderful disposition. I appreciated the way that he took the time to talk to me and answer my questions. He seemed very patient and kind spirited. He has a gentle manner and calm demeanor that is always caring.
It is always a pleasure to see Dr.Reiter. He has helped me enormously. Everyone in the office is wonderful to me. I am grateful for everyone's caring and especially Dr. Reiter's expertise.
Beautiful brand new office, professional atmosphere, not rushed out, dr. Reiter spent a lot of time explaining my upcoming surgery.
By far the best doctor in town !!!! Would highly recommend Dr. Reiter to any one who needs a fantastic orthopedic surgeon !!!!!
Desk staff was horrible, but the doctor made up for it.
Dr. Reiter was professional and explained the issues to the best of my understanding....I think? Didn't appreciate his comment about possibly not fixing my ACL. I'm 56 not 86. Otherwise a good appt. My very large complaint, and I hope you take this seriously.............. 3 different women that have answered the phones were rude and impatient. I did not get the paperwork upon checkout yesterday for a temporary disabled parking permit. I called from the parking lot and asked if someone could please run it down for me as it's very difficult finding a parking space and hobbling through the parking lot and trying to open doors with crutches. I was told that the doctor had to fill out paperwork for this and no one could bring it down and that I needed to go to the DMV. When I spoke to the Dr., he told me he had the placards there. It obviously was a misunderstanding on both our parts. Needless to say, I went upstairs to get the paperwork. One woman at the desk told me to go to an particular address for the DMV. Another woman said that that location had closed and gave me another address since I'm not from the immediate area. I went to that location and waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told that I could not get what I needed at that location. I went to a location that the DMV employee told me to go. After another 30 minutes I got what I went there for. I called your office and dialed number 1. I wanted to let your office know not to send anyone to the address they provided to me as a kindness on my part to save others from the wrong info. The woman on the phone was obnoxious and impatient and could care less what I had to say. She wanted to transfer me and said she wasn't from that area and she was from NY. I told her not to transfer me and she could relay the info I gave her to the rest of the staff. After I explained, she had the gall to tell me I was wrong and that in NY that's where you go for the placards. She hadn't listened to me at all. Two other occasions, my conversations with the staff was snippy to say the least. Not all but some have been very disappointing. I also called the office manager yesterday afternoon and was told she was away from her desk. I was told she'd call me back but she never did. SO UNPROFESSIONAL
Really nice DR very professional ,Take time to answer all question to pt, Luz m
First of four injections of Orthovisc...........practically painless!
Dr. Reiter is an amazing doctor. He is extremely thorough with clear explanations. He is very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Reiter was very thoughtful and honest with me. After giving me the necessary physical exam on my arm, he suggested I see another type of specialist. He very easily could have booked me for more appointments, including unnecessary PT. Instead, he was ethical and referred me to a different doctor. If ever needed I will definitely go to see him again!
Very professional, confident, and knowledgeable physician. Thorough and comprehensible explanation of diagnosis understandable in patient's terms.
Dr. Reiter is excellent. He is respectful to you as a patient and is cognizant of your feelings and needs. Excellent doctor..I would recommend him easily. If you are hesitant to go to an orthopedic...don't be, he takes it step by step according to your needs!
Excellent - thoroughly professional - interfaces very well.
I saw him first at a seminar on "Avoiding total knee replacement surgery" and found out alternatives. I am now scheduled to have one of those other procedues.
Wrote paragraph - but it apparently did not go though. So, was somewhat like this. Well operating office and technical staff. Excellent interfacing with public/patient. Effective communication throughout. Very knowledgeable. Great Doctor and medical staff. Opinion based on responsibility and exposure to such at all levels at Bellevue Hospital Center from 1971 through 1986. Would have hired anyone and all without qualms for staff.
My appt with Dr. Reiter was very professional and to the point. He was very accommodating and I believe he set me on the road to recovery.
Dr Reiter has been treating me since February 16th. He operated on my clavical (Collar bone) that had broken in 5 pieces on January 25th. During my 3-1/2 hour surgery had to remove bone fragments, add cartilage & install a metal plate with a total of 6 screws. Dr Reiter as well as his Staff have been incredibly supportive and educational prior to the surgery and during each office visit !! He has taken time to show me in each x-ray and he has explained to me exactly what to expect and what to do to increase my healing process. My injury is healing very well and I know it is because of My Doctor !! Thank You for caring so much !!
So far so good. 5 weeks out from surgery for a full rotator cuff tear. I'm very active in various sports and wanted a surgeon that has a sports background. Dr. Reiter seems to care about his patients. He takes his time to explain the surgery, recovery, what can and can't be done, etc., and answers all questions.
Very concerned with my treatment and doing whats best for me not only for today but long term. What a Awesome Doctor!
Extremly dissatisfied. He basically denied any responsability for the surgery he performed which left my hand much worse than prior to surgery. I am going to try getting another doctor to examine my hand. Depending on the results, I may be forced to seek legal assistance. This unsatisfactory circumstances are directly due to Dr. Rieter's insufficient re exam, lack of comparison of current condition with prior test results in his possesion. He merely tried passing the problem to anybody else instead of him. He also made a most disagreeable and unethical recomendation. He said I should go back to my Neurologist. When I told him I had seen my neurologist two earlier, Dr Rieter then told me I should see another doctor, even though my neurologist had recomended me to him. In all, a very distasteful experience. Too many Doctors just don't care about the patient. Each patient is just another billable entity.
Excellent, very nice and professional.
Thank you Doctor, Lisa, Stephanie and Nicole and the rest of the staff you are all wonderful.
Perfect. Thank you!!!
Dr. Reiter was very professional and took the needed time too examine and determine the course of action to be taken.
The doctors office messed up in scheduling and did not have me on the schedule offered to do a five minute consultation but did say that I would have to pay the full office visit fee and then have to go outside the office to get x-rays bring them back once they were done and be charged another full consultation fee to have them read . This office is sloppy disorganized and I would never recommend it to anyone!!
Arrived at office at 1:40 for my 2:00 appt. They had no record of my appointment. The office staff was very accomodating and said that they would fit me in. Dr Reiter was excellent.
professional, thorough. Look forward to surgery.
Great visit. Was seen right away. Dr Reiter did a great job explaining my situation to me and gave me options for treatments. Highly recommend. Definitely the best in South Florida!
Dr. Reiter spent alot of time with me at my pre-op visit answering many questions that I had regarding my upcoming surgery. He was so patient and kind and answered all my questions with very detailed answers. I am very comfortable and confident having him as my surgeon and will recommend him very highly to all my friends and neighbors who need an orthopedic doctor.
He is an excellent knowledgeable doctor with very good bedside manner. He is very thorough in his explanations of questions I asked. I am confident my surgery will go well .
An informative visit as usual very thorough Dr.
Very informative about various treatments re:knee arthritis.
I love doctor Reiter. He always greets me with a huge welcoming smile and a "hello how are you?" he is very gentle when giving me my shot in the knee and keeps me engaged in a conversation while the shot is being given to me. Doctor Reiter answers my questions throughly and uses every day lanugage and not big medical terms that normal people like do not fully grasp. I would highly recommand Doctor Reiter to handle the needs someone has.
Not much of a wait at all
HE DID NOTHING TO HELP ME AT ALL. THE ONE THING HE DID DO CAUSED ME TO BE ON CRUTCHES FOR OVER A YEAR. HE SENT ME BACK TO WORK WITH NO RESTRICTIONS.
Great visit, treatment advice and very prompt. I got in before I even sat down in the waiting room!
I love Dr. Reiter he is a patient and kind doctor. He is also very knowledgable and is not trying to force surgery on me.
Dr. Reiter and his staf are extremely professional and courteous. I would recommend Dr. Reiter for all sports related injuries and the entire practice is the best orthopedic group around!
Dr. Reiter and his entire staff were professionals - kind warm inviting environment ... Attentive and friendly. His bedside manner was genuine, engaging, respectful and courteous. He took time to really listen. I am also very aware of his surgical skills because I was referred by someone who has had surgery from him and they are doing great! It's not often you find a skilled surgeon that is so pleasant. In fact, every surgeon and staff member of this entire practice is on point! I would recommend them to my closest loves ones and friends!
I am very confident in Dr. Reiter. I appreciate that he explains in detail my problem and draws pictures so that I can have an exact visual of the issue. He reassures and makes me feel very comfortable.
Dr. Brian Reiter was very patient with me as I described to him why I was there and the history of my left knee. I liked the fact that he went over every option I had to help my problem and gave the choice and not forcing me to pick his choice. He was very polite, friendly and professiona. l like how gentle he was when giving me my shot. I would highly recommend Dr Brian Reiter to anyone; espeically if you have knee problems.
Very nice and sweet. Nurse took stiches out and he checked everything out. He has wonderful bedside manners.
Doctor is excellent take his time to talk with his patients
I was in the office less than 5 minutes before I was seen and finished the appointment in under 20 minutes. Great people to deal with
I am in healthcare and I previously went to another doctor and was so disappointed however I went to see Dr Reiter ad was impressed with his knowledge, experience and bedside manners and willingness to take time to discuss my treatment options with a depth of information. He took time to make copies of reasech to read on current treatment options. It is both my professional and personal opinion that I highly recommend Dr. Reiter .
I was pleased with my visit. I am new to the area, and was anxioua about seeing a new Dr. but was pleased.
This was the 2nd of 3 visits for my left knee. He was informative as to what could do if the injections were not successful.
This was my first visit with Dr.Reiter, so I don't yet know enough to give an accurate review. At our initial meeting he was informative and helpful.
I thought he was excellent. Very knowledgeable and explained everything well. Looking forward to successful surgery very soon.
Dr. Reiter must love what he is doing as he immediately identifies with the patient and reaches out. I knew I was with a healer that was going to take me to the ends of what was possible in medicine in this day and age; whatever form that took. Kudos and Gratitude, Sandra Devlin
He is a very good guy
Good visit was there for surgery consult
Excellent, Dr. Reiter takes time with his patients and speaks in a manner that I understand my condition.
My whole experience today could have been a disaster with out the help of Susie, when I called on Monday to make the appt, I was told thurs, 9/18,,, although the girl put me down for a week from today,,, would have never made it that long, Dr Reiter was awesome, I was worried about nerve damage, things are going to be ok
Dr Reiter is always very professional and I have recommended him to several of our patients.
Quick simple easy. Thank doc, staff was very friendly too
Excellent expanation of procedure needed to correct my shoulder problem.Liked him very much....
Dr. Reiter was super great!
Staff was very helpful and friendly. I love that I could do the paperwork on line to save time there. The best part is being able to message on the portal, which I did and received a reply back very quickly. I would Highly recommend !
Dr. Reiter is so pleasant to visit with a problem. He seems to be a perpetual student of his expertise and pleasantly knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge so the patient might gather additional support in understanding the ailment. I am grateful for his interest in me and the manner in which he brings his full experience to bear...
Dr. Reiter is caring and thorough. It is a pleasure to have him as my doctor.
Dr. Reiter did a great job when he did my left shoulder back in May of this year (May 9th.2014). Looks like he will be doing some work on my (aching) right shoulder in the future. Yes, I would recommend him. My left shoulder is as good as can be expected. Again, I am very happy with his expertise and his personality!
I found him to be very professional, and very easy to talk to, and he really listened when I spoke to him..He was very reassurring, and I would not hesitate to recomend to to my friends and family...
He was informative and clearly explained the surgical procedure to me.
Very professional, helpful, knowledgable.
Yes I would
Love this Doctor was very straight forward and honest gave me options for my shoulder.
He is always up front on what he is doing and what outcome to expect. I'm having a series of shots and he told me that most patients do not have noticeable results with the first treatment. This will help me from wondering if things are ok.
Yes I would for the reasons I stated above.
I'd like a place to park. Valet? Really?
Excellent physician but had so many complaints today that I forgot to tell him about the R medial epicondylitis I also developed since the initial visit, most likely due to favoring the left thigh muscles and inability to weight bear on LLE. Would ask to update today's chart with this information. Thank you!
Very professional. It was my daughter first time appointment and I went with a friend too, the three of us get amazed with the whole experience. I highly recommend Dr. Reiter.
Dr Reiter was very good. Obviously experienced, and well versed in cutting edge procedures, plus god bedside manners.
This is my second visit with Dr. Reiter and I find him to be very courteous professional and concerned about my health. He gave an injection in my knee at my first visit which was helpful in minimizing the pain and swelling. Started therapy today! Expecting good results! Thanks
I am out of pain for the first time in 9 months. I will follow through with therapy as he suggested and see him in a month. He was a fantastic Doctor and I thank him so much.
I was a patient fitted in to the schedule at my request, kind of a "please see me soonest". De Reiter was very personable thorough and reassuring. Great visit.
He is very nice and well mannered. He is always up to date with the latest proceedures. My husband and I love the office staff as well. We have nothing but great things to sa about him and his office. We reccomend him to eveyone we see and know.
Great bedside manner and very professional!
Very professional and his injection was perfect...my shoulder feels great...he knows what he is doing and his personality is kind and gentle. Kudos to him!!!
The visit went well. Dr. Reiter explained the procedure thoroughly as well as rehabilitation.
Today's visit took too long as the tech was not on top of taking the xrays from the beginning or properly and they had to be redone. A 15 min appointment ran 1.5 hours including waiting time.
Excellent all around!
Dr Reiter was extremely professional and when I left I had a very clear understanding of my injury & the information needed to go forward with with my healing process. Thank you Dr Reiter!
I am a new patient. After having two appointments with the doctor I feel I'm in good hands and can trust what he tells me.
He is a very nice Dr. and my son liked him very much.
Entire office very professional. I feel I will be in great hands having Dr. Reiter do my surgery. Came highly recommended.
Dr. Reiter, reviewed my previous history with this problem, reviewed the current x-ray findings and explained treatment options. I feel comfortable with the treatment and with Dr. Reiter's professionalism.
Was a very good visit. Very informative. Dr used a very cautious approach to treatment which I like!!!!
Very Professional and friendly approach, explains procedures clearly and he was very helpful.
Very friendly and comforting.
I was very satisfied with my visit.
Good medical attention. The office was chaotic. Not enough room in the waiting room.
caring & professional
The whole staff was very nice and friendly. It was an emergency appt and they were very accommodating.
Very professional. Great person to chat with. Explained all the options and scheduled a f/u visit.
Excellent all around experience . Great physician.
Excellent, saw me and knew the problem immediately.
He is really great at what he does. My surgery went really well and whenever I had a concern he was there to answer my questions. He is by far one of the greatest orthapedic surgeons.
