I was very pleased with the staff as well as the PA and Dr Kephart. They listen and took their time with my concerns and questions. Did not feel rushed.
This was my fourth visit to Dr. Kephart and he and his staff are the best. I was taken at my appointment time, had x-rays and, boom, there was the Dr. He spent twenty minutes with explaining what I had and the path to being without pain. I just love this doctor. Thanks
This is the best doctor I have ever had. What a great, professional staff from the time you walk in until you leave. Everyone smiles, is friendly and you just know that you are being taken care of. Dr. Kephardt is first rate. He explained my injury fully and the steps to recovery. There were no big words to confuse me. He took his time and saw me promptly, fully aware of what my situation was. Kudos to Dr. Kephardt and his staff.
Exam for my shoulder was short but thorough. Very professional manner. Short wait in the waiting room.
Very polite staff, clean environment.
Pleasant office and through exam. Spent the appropriate amount of time with me and made me feel very relaxed.
Great bedside manner. Very professional.
Great doctor and easy to talk too:)
I've had several appointments with Dr. Kephart, as I have been dealing with shoulder tendinitis and bursitis. In prior appointments he had recommended medication and physical therapy, a steroid injection and more physical therapy, all of which were ineffective. This last appointment, he seemed puzzled and unsure of how to proceed and recommended an ergonomic evaluation of my workstation with a follow-up in three months. This was disappointing and seemed like his last resort. I have made an appointment with another doctor in hopes of finding a more effective treatment option.
Best Dr for giving cortisone injection. Will use him again!!!!!!
The doctor was great. He chose to treat my problem conservatively and if that doesn't work will try a different approach. My only complaint would be that the office did not have the application I filled out on line, so had to fill out again in the office.
Nice office. Doctor Kephart was caring and took his time. The nursing/assistant team was extremely nice as well.
Excellent, very warm and professional. Did not rush visit and explained everything to me.
The office seemed confused and disorganized. I'm still waiting for someone to call me back for an app for physical therapy. That was yesterday. The Dr. was very nice, but at the end didn't even say goodbye or tell me what I was supposed to do, and left me to his staff that I'm still waiting to hear from. They got a good rating because I was able to get an app right away and being it was the first app of the day for this Dr I had a short wait. The fact they never got back to me and I'm in pain, let me know they don't care. Here's your prescription, give me your co pay and get out.
Once I got out of the waiting room and away from the office staff (not so much overtly rude, but clearly did not want to be there), the experience became much more pleasant. An assistant named Scott (nurse or PA??) initially met with me to take my information and a variety of X-rays. He was very compassionate and explained very well what was going to happen during my visit. The doctor came to me very quickly after the x-rays and showed genuine interest and concern about my situation. Both Scott and Dr. Kephart appologized for the delay in the waiting room.
professional and takes great care of the patient. highly recommended. excellent staff as well.
Kind, patient, and professional
Loved him. Very nice doctor recommend very highly
The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Kephert knew right away the issue I was having just by just describing it to him. He was very informative and I did not feel rush even though I was finished with the appointment within the hour. He was very effective and efficient in his findings.
