Bridget Isaacs is a Registered Dietitian passionate about teaching individuals how to nourish themselves without dieting. In addition, Bridget's training in Medical Nutrition Therapy supports a variety of individuals including prenatal and breastfeeding women, pediatrics, individuals with disordered eating, those with cardiovascular disease, as well as disease prevention.
Bridget takes a whole body, sustainable approach to her nutrition counseling and focuses on many aspects of health including movement, sleep, learning to listen to your body, as well as nutrition choices. She uses Intuitive Eating to help individuals stop dieting and improve their relationship with food and their bodies. Bridget practices with a HAES informed approach.
Bridget has a Master's Degree in Dietetics from University of Rhode Island and she attended Simmons College in Boston, MA for her Didactic Program in Dietetics. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from San Diego State University. Bridget loves reading and taking her dog, Harper, to the beach.
