About Jordan Ouellette

I'm Jordan, a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist who's passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food, increase energy, and let go of the restrictions of dieting! In my free time you can find me biking, hiking, sipping wine or chilling outside with a book in hand. Food Freedom has meant spending more time doing things that bring me joy, instead of stressing about squeezing in a workout or the sugar in my ice cream. Changing my relationship to food has transformed my life, and I want to help you reach this same freedom too! I'm originally from Akron, OH and have been living in what I now consider my home of Columbus, OH since August 2020. I completed my undergraduate at The College of Wooster in Integrative Physiology, my Master's in Food & Nutrition Science at Ohio University and my dietetic internship at The Ohio State University. I specialize in PCOS to help women balance their hormones, regain a regular cycle, or try to conceive. I have a Certification in PCOS Nutrition as well as a certification in Binge Eating Disorder from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
