The receptionist was NOT friendly at ALL. Seemed to not want to be there nor be bothered with the basics of being the first person you deal with at an office! I almost wanted to leave after my interaction with her. The office in general wasn't that nice, nor was the neighborhood. It has a small parking lot so be prepared to search for a parking meter on a very busy street. Also, communication among the office wasn't that clear. When I left out I had to remind the nurse at the exit desk that I needed to give them my pharmacy for a prescription I had been prescribed...The doctor was friendly with good bedside manner and the nurses were pleasant, but not sure the hassle of her staff and location is worth it.

I was under a time constraint to have it done before I returned overseas, and my regular doctor was unavailable. My initial appointment with Carbon Health was cancelled at 4:45 PM the night before, with no reason given. I had to re-book with a different office (and doctor), which was farther away. Then, the exam was performed by someone who did not understand how a well-woman exam works or how to give one properly (or completely), resulting in pain during the appointment and discomfort afterwards. I've never had pain before in this circumstance, and I will likely have to have the exam done again at some point in the new year by a professional gynecologist.

Dr. Brie Romines was very pleasant and had a calming bedside manner during my physical exam. The office space was clean and spacious enough to allow for proper social distancing. The staff were welcoming and the check-in process was smooth. Parking was free in a lot around the block and easy to access with Google Maps. My wait time was small and I was pleased overall with my visit. Highly recommend!

Holy cow. What a pleasant experience. It’d been a few years since my last physical, as I moved away from my former primary care doctor, and Dr. Romines is incredible. So patient and thoughtful. Everyone who works at the Carbon Health facility was extremely kind and welcoming.

I finally felt at ease that Dr. Romines was so quick to listen and slow to give her opinions. All other doctors I’ve been to were quick to prescribe and I felt judged by them. However, I didn’t feel like she was judging me at all based on her medial knowledge but made me feel empowered.

The experience was very casual. Dr. Romines was very nice and hospitable. She took her time and sort of left it to me to choose and decide what I wanted or did not want within the check up. The facility and technology was very modern and optimized in the facility which made for a smooth, seamless experience. Was a bit odd that my height and weight weren’t taken but rather verbalized from me. Other than that, highly recommend.

I’m so thankful that I finally found a primary care doctor who is so attentive and caring.
Dr. Romines is someone who genuinely cares about your health and makes it a priority to find solutions for you. I definitely have seen many doctors, but no one comes close to her! Not to mention the rest of the staff - they were very welcoming.

I was so pleased to be able to pop in today and have a minor issue diagnosed and treated. What a relief to have this handled quickly and efficiently. Thank goodness for this place. I came in for a sore throat but the doctor not only treated that, he gave me some advice for a chronic illness I deal with and helped me out a bunch by filling up a prescription I was running out of for that. This is the most dedication and attention i've ever had from an urgent care and it's so close to my home. Perfect for me! Thanks guys.

Oh my God, finally an urgent care in our neighborhood that doesn't actually feel like an urgent care! The space is super clean, modern, open and airy. The staff was excellent and were super friendly. I can't say enough about Dr. Brie Romines MD. She was super thorough, very attentive, best bedside manner? I've had from a doctor in years and it genuinely? felt like she cared. Big bonus- open 7 days a week!

This is an extremely wonderful facility with amazing staff. I was traveling from the east coast and needed to see a Dr. and from the moment I walked in the clinic I was in such great care. I couldn't recommend this place more and wish the entire staff could be my primary care providers. They are the best!
