Dr. Adair is knowledgeable, kind and personable. She listens attentively to needs and helped be get a better understanding of how to take better preventive care of my eyes.
Also the her office is state of art! High-tech instruments and waiting room made me want to stay longer

Answered every single question I had. Amazing bedside manner. Would recommend anyone to see her.
The wait was about 30 minutes, but that shouldn't be a reason to give Dr. Adair 5-stars across the board.

My insurance carrier changed and this was my first time coming to NY Langone Heath Care or to Dr. Adair.
I came in for a general eye exam, checkup. Dr. Adair was composed, had a clean and professional appearance and was very professional throughout the entire appointment. She wasted no time and welcomed questions; she answered all of them in good detail. I didn’t feel rushed and feel good about the answers I got to my questions.
My only one callout was the front desk attendant that tended to me, our transaction felt a bit rushed. I do understand they wanted to get me in on time and I appreciate that- just be careful with that when people have to sign medical permissions and documents. However, they were very polite and efficient and that I appreciate a lot. All in all, I had a great experience. I would recommend Dr. Adair and I would return.

Dr Adair was excellent! I was worried I'd have to wait a long time because the waiting room was busy, but I was seen right away. Dr Adair quickly figured out how to adjust my prescription, and explained what my options were. She was quick, friendly and professional! Finally, an optometrist I'd recommend to friends and colleagues.
