She is one of the first Drs I have seen that actually call you personally and don't have the Med Tech call. She truly cares about what it best for you and will communicate well, explaining everything. My husband and I are very impressed with her.

I am a board certified family physician with a passion for caring for the whole family throughout life’s stages, always seeking to promote health and prevent disease. Throughout my schooling, I have tailored my education to focus on supporting health and wellness through use of effective medications, herbal supplements, and nutrition. As an osteopathic physician, I also practice osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM), utilizing hands-on treatments to align the body and support the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Originally, I am from a small town in the Sierra Nevada Mountains near Lake Tahoe. I attended college at the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with honors in medical anthropology and holistic medicine. I earned a D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathy) at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California, completing an additional fellowship year focusing on osteopathic manipulation. I came to Colorado for my residency training in family medicine at Swedish Hospital, serving as co-chief resident my third year. In my free time I enjoy nature through hiking, climbing or camping with my husband and daughter.

She was amazing! She is 45 min away from me but definatly worth the drive. I was drawn to her because she is a DO, I really like that they treat body as a whole. The office was calming and all of the staff were very welcoming. My major concern with a new doctor was accepting my F2M transgender son who is 11. She was completely open about him. I LOVE that on the information form there was a box for male, female and transgender! I am so relieved I found our family doctor!

The Doctor as a whole , she was pleasant! But typical in the the treatment of a chronically ill patient that has been shoveled through the system for care and never given it by a primary care because of my chronic need for specialists ! Many Social Services Programs require the documentation of a Primary Care Doctor for Program Approval!! When you are a chronically ill patient , your visits to a primary care will be virtually none! Trying to get assistance for important documentation , even when providing all necessary documentation At the time of visit is both salt to wounds ,, wasted time and pain, and actually quite insulting! I understand rules and guildlines,, and I expressed my respect for those ,, but I also brought all necessary documents and paperwork to validate my needs! I also needed blood work and blood pressure check,, as well as a potential urinary track infection! We never got that far! I had other needs besides the Long Term Care Options Issues!
