I had a disappointing experience with this PCP. I brought in prior lab work to be added to my chart, but it was not reviewed and I was told to redo labs. I asked about out of pocket costs and was assured everything would be handled by insurance, including any billing from Quest, which was not the case.
The visit itself felt rushed and not very personalized. The doctor asked very few questions about my health and quickly brought up TRT as a likely next step. There was also an error where another patient’s prescription was added to my chart, which was concerning.
After my labs came back, I was advised to start both a statin and TRT even though my cholesterol was only slightly elevated. The approach felt overly aggressive and more focused on prescribing than understanding my overall health.
The staff was friendly, but I would not recommend this provider unless you are specifically looking for TRT.
