-Simple visit: $130.00
-Initial visit and Complex visits: $200.00
-Annual Physicals: $300.00
*We will provide you with a receipt and Charge slip to file to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Detailed billing information can be found by downloading our intake forms.

Very efficient. All of my questions and concerns were addressed during the visit. This is a small, prived practice, so it's much more personal. Dr. Abrishami and her staff actually know their patients. Because it's a sm practice, it's very easy to call/email with a question and s a quick response.
