What stood out most was P.A Victoria’s ability to combine clinical expertise with a compassionate bedside manner. She didn't rush the appointment, and I left feeling informed, and reassured.
It's rare to find a provider who makes you feel like more than just a chart or a checklist, and she did exactly that.
If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, kind, and truly invested in your well-being, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding, if you are looking or thinking about changing your Drs practice look no further,
Victoria Thee Pa was so personable , after telling her my concerns she asked me a question No other provider’s had ever asked.
After letting her know I was indeed having that problem and had been diagnosed with it elsewhere but never told about it being there
Where she was able to indeed find it and diagnosed it and, sent in a prescription for it.

Everything felt very clean, checking in was very easy, the staff was very friendly and Victoria Thee was wonderful. There was genuine care about anything I may have had going on and was found some great resources and referrals. Victoria was nice as can be throughout it all.

Well run office. Staff was trained well to do their job and were friendly.
No waiting time once there. Office appeared very clean. Dr. Thee explained what she had planned for me on the next few visits. Instructions were clear.
I was a new patient and I will definitely keep Dr. Thee as my primary care doctor.

This was supposed to be a telehealth appointment I've waited and received no information then when the time came no one called so I called the office they said that they don't take first time appointments va telehealth I said we'll no one let me know it's already 4:30pm and now I'm sick and no one will see me because it's late why no one reached out to me and the receptionist said we'll I got no answer for you. So I'm very frustrated sick and not able to get treatment

Everything went well with my appointment, however one of my prescriptions couldn’t be filled due to a missing date. Which Wal-Mart stated that was a new policy they have in place now, that was just started. I’m sure they will get the error fixed tomorrow.

The provider was professional and had a great bedside manner. The only thing I disliked was the fact that I have been a patient for 12 years and have no access to the patient portal. I was told by the office manage that my access was blocked without given any reason or explanation. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
