I've trusted this office for 25 years, since it was simply known as Karen Harkaway's small dermatology practice. As the practice moved, grew and changed, the care remained top notch throughout. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my skin health check-ups and I trust Brittany with my medical checks, questions and skin care needs.

Brittany was amazing! I’m a patient who needs to feel “heard”. She exceeded my expectations. Not only was she respectful of my body (not making me feel uncomfortable) in regards to the fact that she has to examine my entire body. But she was thoughtful and made sure to see if I had questions and gave helpful feedback. She apologized for a “wait time” for something personal she had to do #womenempowerment but her idea of a wait and mine were different. Lol I’ve had to wait for other offices for 20 and over minutes. With her, I had enough time to get ready for her to come in very shortly after. No more than 5 minutes I would say, if that. I didn’t notice much of a wait if any. But she clearly respects and wants to honor others time. That is admirable and while I didn’t feel I had to wait it meant a lot that she cared about it. I highly recommend her. She has great energy, thoughtful, respectful and knowledgeable. I was comfortable the entire process.

I saw Brittany for an issue about dry skin. I was seen within minutes and the office staff was extremely courteous. Brittany listened closely to what I had to say and even went over my current skincare products with me. She let me know what to give a break and what to stop using. I HIGHLY recommend.
