Brittany is lovely, very attentive, kind, understanding and addresses your concerns. However office staff is another story. They called me asking if I can come earlier. I said yes if they see me on time since I have to be home at certain time for my 1 year old. They made me wait for 40 min and completely ignored my pleas to be seen and explanation that I have a child to attend. Talking to office manager didn’t do anything as he was more concerned about taking my blood pressure for billing purposes than my needs. My visit was 4 min as I just took my paperwork with test results and had to leave. I loved Brittany but highly doubt I will return

Dr. McDowell and her staff were all very pleasant. I was given multiple opportunities to ask questions as the appointment went on. They made sure that I understood the feedback and next steps. The office was clean and the wait time was short - the only advice I’d say is to contact the office directly to fill out their paperwork ahead of time. It’s very comprehensive so it took a while to fill out in office.

The staff was genuine and very professional. My nurse Brittany was amazing and took time with me while I asked a lot of questions and led me in the right direction. Doctors and nurses were all fantastic!
The only concern was the initial paperwork as this clinic has a bunch of different specialties. I called multiple times and left voicemails but wasn't able to reach anyone to fill out the paperwork in advance and when I got there had to fill out 20 pages of medical history that weren't relevant as to why I was there in the first place that took 30 minutes to do. Disappointing because the rest of the staff were fantastic.

Waaaaay too much paperwork. We want less. Not more. Each of the humans were friendly, including the receptionist, who apologized about the mountain of paperwork.

Entire experience was sketchy. I showed up ten minutes early to my appointment and was seen an hour after it was scheduled. My time actually talking to the nurse practitioner was brief and I was asked very few to no questions about my medical history. I was there as a new patient for an annual check up and they kept trying to get me to do extra tests telling me “don’t worry it’s covered”. I declined, but they were still on my receipt. They collected a copay which after calling my insurance company, I learned was wrong. Lastly, I was told I had to set up an appointment for two weeks to go over my blood work. I told the man that I didn’t want to come back, but wanted my results and he proceeded to give me a slew of illogical reasons as to why I could not receive my results unless I came in person. Eventually he gave in and said I could call in two weeks and maybe they could email them to me.
The whole experience was odd and it’s unfortunate, because the nurse practitioner seemed very nice. I’ll never be back and I’ll be following up with my insurance company to make sure they aren’t billing me for all sorts of stuff that didn’t even happen.

Quite possibly one of the Best medical professionals I have met in the field from around the United States. I have had a neurological injury for 16+ years. Her knowledge and expertise was better than most medical researchers I have met at some of the top rated universities and hospitals. Areas and questions that I had that she did not have a full answer for, she immediately worked to get me the best answers possible so that I can have the best quality of life and care.
