The delivery of quality, humanistic and personal care has been a hallmark of Dr. Rashbaum's treatment of his patients for more than 28 years. He brings to his patients an understanding of wellness with an emphasis on prevention and communication. Dr. Rashbaum's special interest includes the early detection and treatment of cancers, especially breast, colon and prostate as well as the long term management of chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, thyroid, respiratory, gastrointestinal diseases and rheumatologic disorders.
Dr. Rashbaum, a nationally recognized authority on the care and treatment of persons living with HIV/AIDS, travels extensively lecturing on the management and treatment of HIV to both patients and fellow physicians. He is a primary investigator for many clinical trials with major pharmaceutical companies, allowing him to stay on the cutting edge of HIV research and treatment. His success in the style of his health care delivery is evident by the many professional and community service awards he has received.

The visit was very thorough, but the bedside manner was lacking. The office wants you to pay a additional fee for normal services like calling you with results and making referrals because they say that they are loosing money. This was suppose to take effect on January 1, 2017. I began going to the practice in 2016 in November. Dr. Rashbaum sent me for a electrocardiogram and afterwards never called me with the results. I could see if this was something minor, but the result of a test for your heart should not be missed. Same thing for my results from my blood work I had to call his office to get those results. In my opinion I would never go back to this Doctor.

Dr. Rashbaum was excellent. He asked many questions to really determine my diagnosis. I felt like he really cares. He referred me to two specialists after he discovered abnormalities just to be safe. I only had to wait about 5 minutes and I was out of the office in an hour. Thorough, quick, friendly, great doctor.

Overall I am pleased with Dr. Rashbaum. The office staff was very friendly and cordial; the office is very nice and conveniently located. It was my first visit, so I am hoping that the experience continues to be positive in the future. Only downside is that they don't have a patient portal like other practices, which is very convenient for ordering Rx refills, viewing test results, and sending messages to the office. Hopefully they implement one soon!

He really gave me a clearer understanding of my health and things I should be aware of based on my family's medical history.
