I'm sure he's a good guy, but my experience wasn't great. Clinic was outdated and never got follow up call about important test results, specifically after being assured I would hear back! Got tired of calling and never got my results till this day. This doc also seems to answer his own phone all the time, which I guess is fine but makes me wonder how he has so much free time to do admin work but not follow up with his patients on the important stuff.
Dr. Rajan listens and generally cares about his patients. I will continue to have Dr. Rajan as my primary care physician.
Awesome first appointment!
Above and beyond my expectations.
This is the first doctor that did not rush me out of his office. He was thorough and listened and tried to understand how I was feeling. I referred this doctor to my mother and brother.
It was on time and very professional.
I appreciated being able to see Dr Rajan on a weekend when I had a sudden medical issue that needed immediate attention. He was nice and provided me with the treatment I needed. He did not seem to be very up to date on modern birth control methods, however. Unfortunately the billing department could not find my name associated with Medicaid in their electronic system, so I am still trying to sort out payment with them. It has been a long and arduous process.
The office cancelled the appointment on the phone but then proceeded to confirm the appointment online. I called back to verify the status and the appointment was actually cancelled.
Dr Rajan is grate my visits are always good A*
I was more than pleased with my visit to Doctor Rajan. I get the sense that he is a good person. All of my future medical needs will be handled through Doctor Rajan
Took the time to explain things and answered all my questions. Dr. Rajan was very professional and knowledgable . I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Rajan took his time, thoroughly discussing my case with me. He was kind and professional, very thorough and explained things clearly. I highly recommend him as a primary care physician. Unfortunately it seems his office hasn't really figured out how to work with ZocDoc effectively, leading to some logistical difficulties, but I would recommend him anyway.
He was very friendly and helpful. I recommended to very one.
I came to my appointment 30 min. early. It was enough time to fill-out all the initial paperwork. I had a thorough physical & was pleased overall with my experience.
On my first visit, Dr. Rajan did not welcome me as a prospective new patient. He had 2 persons sitting in the office whom he did not introduce to me - one had her I.D. badge on, the other had on a dr.'s coat with no name tag or I.D. and I had to ask whether he was an intern or a visiting doctor. He stated that he was an intern, and I was annoyed because the senior physician is supposed to get the patient's approval before bringing interns in on any sessions. Dr. Rajan looked at the list of medications I was taking and immediately told me to stop taking the Valium. I inquired why and his answer was because 'he did not like it'. He was going to give me Xanax instead and I informed him that I had already had problems with taking that. Near the end of our session, he took my blood pressure, listened to my heart and lungs, escorted me to the nurse's station and told the receptionist to make a follow-up appointment for me several weeks later. I took my God-sister with me on the follow-up, introduced her to him, and he attempted to ignore her when she would ask his reasoning about something he was saying to me. I would not recommend Dr. Rajan to anyone as a family doctor because of his impersonal, curt attitude and bedside manner. I went back to my family physician and told him what had happened on both visits, and he recommended that I find someone who would be more hospitable, thoughtful, and understanding of my medical needs, as well as courteous to me and/or whoever I brought with me. While he may be a good doctor in his field of study for some people, the patients who went in before me and came out from their appointment with him were not smiling, and that told me a lot about him.
Dr. Rajan was very professional and was very informed. Went for an annual physical and he was pretty thorough. He also checked out some of my concerns and advised me on the proper meds as well as how to treat certain symptoms.
pretty good. I liked his calm demeanor.
Great & gentle
I felt he did not listen to what my past was and what my condition was. All and all was the wrong kind of doctor, my part too. He was for patients that were very elderly and was really refer to other doctors for the condition. It was a waste of time for him and me. I should of look more closer to his specalist, did not really know what is was until I went to his office and then say what kind of patients he treats. You learn as you go, sometimes, but I could use him for my elderly mother. This program is still wonderful way of getting a doctor (good one) and fast when needed. Thanks
