Giving hope to a patient and watching their reaction at seeing a newly restored smile are two of the primary reasons why Dr. Bruce Taheri chose dentistry as a profession.
Dr. Bruce Taheri went to the University of Maryland at College Park in 1994. He attained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University (NYU) in 1999.
Upon graduation, Dr. Taheri entered the North Brooklyn Health Network and completed his General Practice Residency at Woodhull hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Having lived in Washington DC suburbs for most of his life, Dr. Taheri then returned to Northern Virginia to further expand his career in private practice. He currently owns and manages two multi-specialty dental practices in Manassas and Woodbridge, VA.
As a staunch advocate of postgraduate education, he maintains membership in the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Northern Virginia Dental Association. Dr. Taheri has also been a member and past president of several local dental study clubs. Dr. Taheri continues to educate himself in order to provide his patients with the best quality treatment they deserve by attending courses and conferences nationwide. In his spare time, Dr. Taheri likes to travel worldwide, play sports such as tennis, racquetball, soccer; and spend some quality time with his wife, Dr. Massi Taheri. Dr. Taheri is fluent in Persian (Farsi), German, and some elementary Spanish.
As a dentist who performs some of the most complex dental procedures, Dr. Taheri understands the unique connection our mouths have to our overall good health. That's why he's committed to help educate patients on the importance of proper dental health and doing whatever it takes to Make It Easy To Smile!

When I got there the office staff was amazing, especially the young lady named Crystal that was filling in on Friday. Crystal was AWESOME with my son Gabriel when we got to the back. As for the lady that took care of my son Rafael, she is the reason I do not recommend this office. Not one time did this lady make my son feel comfortable, he was crying and just about screaming because she needed to take his spaces out but he was afraid it was gonna hurt. instead of her trying to calm my son down she was busy concerned about the other kids hearing him in the office and getting scared too. Not only that but she was very rude, snatched the paper out of my hand after had to remind her for the SECOND TIME that my kids will not allow needles to be used on them and that they'd put up a fight about it, but she proceeded to refer me to a dentist that uses needles until I spoke up again. She had an attitude about it and said well just take the referral to whoever you wanna take them to.

I was seen for simple dental cleaning, so I saw their hygenist, who was absolutely amazing—friendly, clear communication, funny, and educated. The office is a little small, but they've done their best to make sure to check for temperatures, wear masks, and provide hand sanitizer to help not spread any viruses. I'll definitely be back!

His assistant was amazing!! She is who actually brushed my daughters teeth, and then the doc came and counted her teeth. Both were fantastic with my daughter, but I was seriously impressed by the assistant and her way of interaction with my child. I was extremely satisfied with our visit.

This was my first time, after my initial consultation. I was terrified and Dr. Teheri and his staff was amazing! From the moment I arrived, they remembered me first. Next, I was totally comfortable at a dentist office. No surprises, Dr. Taheri, explained everything he was going to do, and while he was doing it.
I am happy, I chose to come to this office in Woodbridge, and appreciate the professionalism, the beside manner, and making me feel as if I was the only patient at the time.
His attendants and office staff are totally on the job, and each of them had something positive and encouraging to say. I'm so pleased.

I had a great experience with Dr. Taheri. I had my root canal done today and I did not feel any pain. He was polite and gentle. The first root canal experience with another doctor was horrible so I was kind of scared going to dr. Taheri today. But he was very gentle. I would never go to any other dentist. Believe me he's the best!!!!!!!
