Dr. Barrett was thorough, knowledgeable, considerate, professional and a pleasure to speak to. He answered all questions and thoroughly listened to my concerns and followup.
The reason for the wait time was due to the front desk registration receptionist, Susan, who took so long to register. Had to reinput info over while I stood standing up sick. And I had an appointment made on line and she let someone else go ahead.
he receptionist said the system was new and that they couldn't accommodate the appointment and we'd have to wait.
