Your visit here is with Chloe Ruschmeyer, FNP-C, the lead clinician for our Doylestown location. Chloe provides full-scope primary care —including basic gynecologic care and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for adults. She brings nearly twenty years of experience in post-surgical recovery, cardiac and trauma care, urgent and primary care, women’s health, and aesthetics. Her approach is grounded in whole-person care, supporting mind, body, and spirit with extended, unhurried appointments.
Chloe works in close collaboration with Dr. Dana Mincer, DO, the physician founder of Love Health DPC. Dr. Mincer oversees clinical care and remains directly involved in medical decision-making when needed, ensuring patients benefit from a supportive and well-coordinated clinician–physician team.
Love Health DPC uses an affordable membership model—similar to a gym—to keep patient panels small. Instead of the usual 2,000–2,500 patients per clinician, we limit panels to 400–500, giving Chloe and Dr. Mincer the time and availability to truly care for each member. Patients receive direct text access, same- or next-day appointments, and after-hours support, helping them avoid unnecessary urgent care and ER visits.
While we don’t provide specialty care in-house, we excel at helping patients determine when a specialist is needed and guiding them to high-quality, cost-conscious options. We believe you deserve clear pricing, so we act as thoughtful cost and care navigators for labs, imaging, medications, and referrals.
