Dr . O'Connell was attentive and insightful. He had treated my back spasms in August and was the only doctor who really helped me after I spent a full year in agony prior to seeing him in the hospital. He also reviewed my med and took me off several and recommended a more appropriate BP medication for a woman my age.

I like Dr. O'Connell personality, he is very thorough and speaks to me in terms that I can understand. I do not feel like I am rushed when I have an appointment with him. I have not had a lot of interaction with the office staff but what interaction I have had has been good. Everyone is very friendly and nice.

Dr. Bryan O'Connell and his staff of talented professionals are a wonderful model of how a doctor's office should be run.
Dr. O'Connell is a very gentle man who truly cares about you and your health. He takes the time to get to know you, your concerns and your desires. He doesn't simply tell you what you "have" to do, he works with you to formulate a health care plan that you both feel is appropriate. He is always timely when you are in the office, and when you need answers over the phone.
The nurses and assistants in the office are simply amazing. Whether you call to make an appointment, arrange for refills or just have questions, they always quickly, efficiently and accurately respond to your needs. When you meet them in person you can instantly sense their sincere desire to help. Without question, they will go above and beyond to make you feel like part of the family.
In short, I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Bryan O'Connell and his staff at Akron City Hospital.
