Will never be returning to this doctor. I had been referring friends of mine to see her as well but will make sure I tell them not to go here any longer after the experience I had. Rude, unclear, and was sent an insane bill without any notification beforehand of what the cost would be. I tried to explain my reasoning for the appointment and the doctor may as well have rolled her eyes at me. Unfortunate, because I thought I had a good thing going with this doctor but my last appointment was completely unacceptable, especially considering the bills they dropped on me afterwards.

It was a basic experience at the doctor. Nothing too bad or good happened.
I am currently looking around for a primary doctor and I don’t think this was the best fit for my needs. I didn’t feel very comfortable at the office or like anyone was really concerned with listening to me beyond the necessities. They seemed to be efficient and impersonal.

Dr. Caitlin McAuley was great! Very attentive, aware, and caring. I would recommend her to friends and family. However, the nurse who helped me made me feel very uncomfortable. I know people have bad days but wowwww did it show. She was rude, bossy, and rushing. Would not trust or want her to care for me at all. I was so happy when Dr. Caitlin McAuley walked in with a smile and good energy.

Our family did annual checkup with her. She only gives the most generic information. Nothing we didn't know about. She didn't provide any useful preliminary info if you tell her something wrong. Would only recommend going to her if you're confident 100% healthy and just need to get a health check-up done for routine or requirement purpose.

Doctor McAuley is a clear communicator. The office and its staff are super efficient. This particular office has a lab that allows a lot of the work to be completed in one visit. Just note about parking- you have to pay for it if you go to the lot.

The other reviews are shocking compared to my experience.
McAuley accused me of shopping for pills, a federal crime, despite having my record in front of her of one previous provider. She was confused because one month the prescription was sent in under a nurse instead of the attending doctor, as happens frequently in the medical field. Find a doctor who knows how to read basic medical charts. She refused to take a closer look at the record when I asked her to double-check and stared at me in a strange way that seemed like she was trying to intimidate.
After that, McAuley was incredibly rude, dismissive and coerced me into allowing a male student to watch a gynecological procedure, stopping at the most painful part to let him get a closer look.
When I told her I was an attorney, she quickly changed her attitude and began talking to me like a human.
I can't imagine how she treats people she seems to have no power.

Going to the doctor after a long period of not going can be a little intimidating. Dr. McAuley was the absolute BEST!! She was so sweet, you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She took her time with me and my appointment. She went over board to make sure I completely understood my health concerns and multiple ways to go about treatment. I felt comfortable with her and left feeling a thousand times better! Highly highly recommend.
