Caitlin Swift decided to become a Family Nurse Practitioner in order to build longer lasting relationships with patients and focus on disease prevention to avoid hospitalizations and chronic diseases. She believes active listening and empathy help develop trust and understanding between the patient and provider. She is passionate about preventative care, wellness exams and patient education. Prior to joining Circle Medical, she was a Nurse Practitioner at a chronic disease and weight management clinic in Marin. Prior to that, she was a Cardiology Registered Nurse for 6 years before finishing her Masters and moving to SF. In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys traveling, exploring the Bay Area, hiking, and has most recently started mountain biking.

I'm over the moon! I scheduled this late last night and was seen at the earliest appointment possible. Caitlin was on time (no wait!) and was very patient and understanding in answering my questions. She fulfilled my Rx quickly and turned around a referral fast as well. So thankful to have peace of mind. I highly recommend!

The telemedicine app was simple to use. Caitlin was great at explaining the treatment plan and under what conditions to schedule a follow-up appointment if the issue became more serious. Additionally, she was able to send those instructions to me through the app so I didn’t have to worry about whether I would remember everything or have to write it down myself.

The office was spacious, clean, and modern and Caitlin was very friendly and helpful! I had a specific eye test I needed to take and she was accommodating and efficient. As my first annual check-up in a few years it went quite smoothly.

This was my first time booking with a Nurse Practitioner and I have to admit I wasn't quite sure what that meant, but I was in a bind and gave Caitlin a try. First of all, Nurse Practitioners can prescribe medications and order testing just like a doctor can, and for once I felt listened to. Highly recommend.

Just moved here from New York and Caitlin and Circle Medical were great. This is a modern office and probably not for everyone but I loved the relaxed atmosphere and the fact that everything is app-based and paperless.
