Very friendly and thorough! I suffer from vertigo from POTS and she took her time with me to figure out what was dizziness and what was actually from my vision. I feel very confident that my prescription is the right one and I'm definitely coming back for a yearly check up.
There was a copay with my insurance I wasn't told about until I arrived which was frustrating, but this visit was so good I'll still come back.

Everyone was super cool and laid-back, also asked if they could check for stuff that I didn't even think about like my retinas or the back of my eyes which was wild. They worked super well with my insurance company. I highly recommend if you're in the Hampden area and need a prescription or eye check up to visit them!

My experience with the front desk staff, overall staff (especially Yas) and Dr. Silva was great! Great energy, transparent with all questions asked, made me feel comfortable, and even made me laugh! I would 100% recommend. No concerns or regrets on my end. They made me feel so comfortable that I’m wearing contacts for the first time in my life!

I made an online appt the day before. When I arrived, the front desk staff acted like I was a walk in patient and had no idea why I was there. When I confirmed I had made an appt the day before, I was told to "calm down" by the front desk staff. She also complained about the equipment to sign in not working, and at one point said, "I am sick of this" while helping me.
I also waited for almost an hour to be seen.
The doctor was great, the rest of the visit was fine, but the staff needs work on their professionalism.
